Had the pork fried rice. First visit. Very good quality, reasonable quantity, fair price. Friendly service. Will visit again for sure.

The last few times that we have eaten at our old favorite place, it has been mediocre at best. We decided to try 888 Cookhouse. Our meals were fabulous. Best Chinese food we have found in DFW area. Go and support this new business.

I went with a friend for dinner and the food was very good. I got tofu lo mein, and she had Sichuan chicken. The only thing I didn't care for was the fried rice. To me, it just tasted like rice with soy sauce on it. The service was good. I will try it again and opt for plain rice.

This has to be one of my favorite places! The food is very good! When you go there, you have to try the Orange Chicken and Pork Soup Buns. There are many spots to choose if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal! This is why I am a repeat customer!

My favorite place for szechuan chicken. Service is always great and I love the hot tea they serve (jasmine). Highly recommend!

Delicious food and generous portions make this a go to place. Everything was cooked perfect and the seasoning was on point.

Food quality has declined over the past 3 months. Both chicken and beef.

Decent food if you're craving some Chinese food and are in this area.Good portions. Not spicy at all for me. The dishes had little heat and not as generous with the actual spices. Could use more five spice, sichuan peppercorn, or hot chili oil.Got the scallion pancake, bbq pork buns, happy family dish with fried rice, and the boneless crispy chicken.Scallion pancake were thinner but still tasty. The bbq pork buns were typical taste, this is the taste I was looking for. The bun could be softer, it's not as fluffy as other places I've been.Happy family dish is a meat combo with chicken, beef, and shrimp plus some veggies like broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Overall taste wasn't as strong. I had leftover and added some chili paste to it, made it so much better. I'll have to ask if they can make it spicy for me next time. My dish came with fried rice but it wasn't very good, a bit too fried cause it was harder and too dark. I'd stick to just plain white rice next time. The crispy chili chicken was the best dish we ordered. However it could also use more spice! I'm used to this dish being spicy and more flavorful at other restaurants.I'd say it's probably catering more to the area it's located at, hence the lack of spicy and other spices.Overall good for the area and I'd come again.
