I ordered online. When I got there it was just a few minutes and I was on my way with my food. Everything was there and food was warm. The servers were helpful and nice.

The food was horrible I ordered a grilled chicken salad they actually scraped the crust off from a crispy chicken and put on my salad which made the chicken dry over cooked. The Asian boneless chicken tasted like frozen stuff that came Sam's. Very disappointed because it was my birthday treat.

Service was absolutely horrible. I understand staff shortage, but when there's only 8 customers, totally ridiculous. Chips were dumped on the table when served, pasta chicken alfredo was too dry to eat and took forever to get our drinks refilled. We didn't even stick around for our dessert that was to come with our meal.

Keep away from this applebee's. They are slippery. I fell at the entrance stepping on a slippery paper on the ground and my phone was broken. I asked for the repair cost for my phone. They let the insurance company get in and lied about the existence of the paper. Shame on your slippery people.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to here. Me and my boyfriend came here and I did not have a good experience. The waiter came and didn’t even introduce himself, he walked up and just asked us what we wanted to drink and went to go make he order. When he came back he asked us what appetizers we wanted and we ordered. He came back 5 mins later asking us if we was ready to order our entrees. It was like he was in a rush to get our food out, didn’t even allow us to think, we said we weren’t ready yet and he went to go get our drinks, literally 2 mins passed he came back with our drinks and asked us again if we were ready so we had to our order entrees. When we got our meal I was highly disappointed, my fries were cold and stale, my boyfriend steak was tough and hard to eat. I will definitely not be coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone else!!!
We arrived and the host said it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a party of 3. There were plenty of empty seats, but she explained they were short staff. So we waited 25 minutes and other people came with party of 8 and party of 6. The host told them the exact time frame 15-20 min wait. I knew their wait would be much longer than she stated. There was a family before us party of 4 had to remind the host they had been waiting over 30 minutes. But when a couple party of 2 came after us and were seated before us I was livid. It wasn't worth a arguement and we left immediately. I will never go to this location.

For the record my husband hates Applebee’s but mom had a taste for it so we settled… Bad Idea… I placed the order online and arrived about 15 mins early so it wasn’t ready. I already anticipated that. When my pick up time did come, that’s when I was told they just got the order…? ok… I left and went to subway to pick up my other pick up, came back, order still not ready… Not just late but no gloves worn by anyone handling food. I watched them pick up fries with bare hands amongst other things. Usually I leave at least a 20%tip but this TOGO was horrible… Wasted $50

Called at 1130 and was told that the kitchen closed at 130. Arrived at 1145 and when the host came up at 1205 was told they quit seating at midnight. Will definitely not be back to this location
