We go there to listen to music on certain artists which is the best part of the bar. There is no table service. Poor bar service. The food is actually good. The several times we've been there it was hot and had a weird smell in the bar area. Years ago they had pretty good service, they would open the patio doors and make the ambiance of the bar fit the Resort. It's typically a disappointment sadly.
Never again. No one greeted us. I had to go find someone at the bar who basically just said someone should be over there soon. There was one waiter who eventually came over to help. She was nice...not overly, she did the job. Also, the menu does not match what is on the website or on OpenTable. The waiter advised that it changes slightly and they do not update the website. The food was very basic, nothing to write home about...additional seasoning needed. Zero flavor.

The hotel was very nice, the golf course even nicer! My husband and I stayed for a golf and stay weekend for my birthday. The staff was AMAZING--we were made to feel special and Sabrina C. did an amazing job making us feel welcome and even recognized my birthday and went above and beyond her call of duty to facilitate that! We enjoyed the Westin Team, the food, service, and golf. We will stay again!

This is a great restaurant in the Westin Stonebriar. Friendly service, good selection. We had the chicken sandwich and the steak frites. Both were excellent! They had a good drink menu too which I will partake in the next time. Definitely check them out .

Good Day, I think the Front Desk Manager Venus Carbin was exceptional. We checked in late in the evening, she was pleasant, courteous, checked us in quickly and offered us water. I have been to many Marriott hotels but this is by far the best! Venus Corbin is a great asset to the hotel.

Barb Kirk Was pretty awesome! She took care of us when we needed a great last day meal before the airport. We were stressed out and she brought enthusiasm, confidence, and charm to the fun group of family members we had. Well done Westin! And also Marcus at the front desk was amazing! He helped me to iron a shirt so I didn’t mess it up. What a team!

We were visiting family and we just really enjoyed your hotel. Barb Kirk was so accommodating, excellent customer service and true southern hospitality! She also makes the best Starbucks drinks! So many kind employees. Beautiful hotel!

Excellent experience: beautiful room, peaceful patio overlooking pond & golf course, great staff—friendly desk clerk, Marcus Thomas was delightful & helpful—sweet and kind. He set the ambiance when we arrived! We stayed 1 extra night!
Our flight was delayed. We arrived late to the hotel 12:30am. We were not in a great mood after being stuck in the airport for 12 hours. Venus brightened our day by making us laugh. She was so helpful and welcoming. Definitely going to make this our regular hotel when we are in Plano. Thank You Venus. You are the best!

One of best hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. Gorgeous building and is very clean. During our check-in, a staff member by the name of DeMarcus Thomas was exceptionally pleasant. I would recommend it!

The rooms here are clean, staff is EXTREMELY friendly (especially Venus and Nathalia), and has lots of great amenities. I came to this location so I can work and then relax, both goals were accomplished.

Great week away on a conference. Comfortable stay. You need a car but if not, don’t worry! The valet guys are amazing! Really looked after us, taking us all around in the hotel shuttle. It was great getting to know the team. Jace Myers in particular - you need to come and visit us in London! Thank you for your hospitality :)
