If you like real German food, 5 stars. The food is amazing. They have several German beers on tap with legit mugs. The vibe of this place is also on point. It's cozy and sleek and just fits for a place with Berlin in the name.I will 100% be back.

Posted hours said they were open but when I got there, the lights were off and the door was locked. Wouldn't be a bad idea to call before you go out of your way for nothing, like I did.

Mediocre German food at best. Very expensive for what you get. One waiter, 3 tables. Took awhile to get our drink order in. When we finally did, it took even longer to get them. Ordered 2 beers on tap. My beer was 2/3's beer and the rest foam. We ordered a pretzel for an appetizer, it was small and cold. I ordered the Schnitzel and my wife had the bratwursts plate. My schnitzel was very dry, tasted overcooked and the potatoes weren't any good either. My wife's bratwurst plate had maybe 2 that were editable, they were all boiled to cook. Got the desert, it was okay. All said and done, beers, appetizer, two entrees, and desert was near $90 before tip. The quality was nowhere near where it should've been for the price. I've spent a lot of time near Frankfurt as well as Munich, this was the least authentic German food I've eaten. Also, beware - their Facebook page ONLY has 5 star reviews, so that should be a sign. I'm sure this review will "disappear" as well.

This is my new favorite coffee shop!! I had the Jess breakfast taco and white chocolate mocha which i will say was the best mocha coffee I have had!!! My daughter had a hot chocolate and bagel and she loved both of them....she also had a chocolate ice cream macaron and it was great. The staff is all extremely friendly and as I sat there enjoying my items I was amazed on when multiple different customers came in they greeted them by name! That to me says so much about the shop and how loyal customers are. I will definitely be returning many times.

I would recommend this coffee and tea bar every day of the week. I was inquiring about macarons in the Frisco Restaurant group and the owner, Michael, went out of his way to reach out to me first. Polite and professional! And bonus, the macarons taste heavenly!!! Support this small business! We’ll be repeat customers for life!

Great option for German food in far North Dallas. Focus is on entrees, not simply sausage. Good beer & great schnitzel. Cabbage & sauerkraut is great!

Having lived in Germany for 5 years this was one of closers I have come to dinning in Germany again. The staff was super friendly and the owner was so nice, like talking to a friend.I haven't had curry wurst since leaving Getmany and this was as good as any I had while stationed there.I recommend you try this place and enjoy some great food and friendly service

If you enjoy German cuisine then you must try this place, Berlin Cafe. The food is absolutely incredible and the service is top notch. I had the schnitzel and it was literally bigger than the plate so you may try the half portions. But you must try. Cocktails were awesome too. I would give it 10 stars if I could. ?

We've been coming here occasionally, since it's opened and have been mostly satisfied with our experiences. I love the ambience and restaurant manager Thomas, who does an excellent job making sure that all who enter feel at home. Although the menu is fairly basic with offerings centered around schnitzel, sausages and chicken, their many sides including spaetzle (pasta) and reibekuchen (potato pancakes) help round out your order. The schnitzels are fairly dry (pounded too thinly, over fried or oil needs changing) and the sauces that are available to cover them in are rather bland. The beer selections are unsurprisingly German and there are many! We will continue to look forward to visiting and experiencing another evening of gemutlichkeit! (German Hospitality).

First-time visit to Berlin Bar and Grill and it will not be the last. Best German food outside of Germany. Started the meal with a great soft, moist, chewy pretzel with garlic butter and olives. I ordered the authentic German Jägerschnitzel which was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The sauce is to die for with mushrooms and onions. My sides were the pan-fried potatoes and a potato pancake. Both were crispy and fantastic tasting. The potato pancake was delicious with plenty of onions. My son had the Deutsche Würste (five sausages from mild to spicy: Weisswurst, Knackwurst, Bratwurst, Numberger, or smoked Bratwurst). The sausage casing has that great "snap" when you bite into them and the flavor is a bold as an East German weightlifter. My son also had sauerkraut. This reminded me of my Grandmother. She used to make fresh sauerkraut. You can get this sauerkraut out of a jar. The service was provided by Julian. He was friendly and attentive. Thomas, the manager, checked on us often to ensure we were happy. To top it all they have the best selection of German brewski's!! If you don't go....you are missing out on a great dining experience. Toll!!

Tried to eat here tonight but has a sewage back up and stinks very badly. So badly we could not stay seated had to leave the restaurant.
