This is my favorite dessert destination! The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to give you the best experience. Everything on the menu is phenomenal including the baklava, ice cream, crepes, Turkish coffee, and my new favorite - kinafa!!!! The ambiance is great. The decor and music set the mood, and it is a great gathering place for people to hang out, enjoy some great food, and spend time together. I brought my kids tonight to try it for the first time. I mentioned it was my birthday and they made an extra special kinafa sandwich? for me! It was a brown kinafa in an amazing bun with pistachios. I ate it like a burger and it was soooo good! If you haven’t been here, you must try it!

Been coming here for almost 3 years now and they never fail to deliver the best!! Grade A sweets, top notch service, and the people working there are very respectful and helpful. Like any other great business, they tend to get busy at times, but be patient because it's worth the wait. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

We used to be regular, but our recent experiences with their customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite placing a takeout order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes without any update. When we finally approached the staff, they couldn't even locate our order. After much delay, the order was eventually prepared, but the quality was below par. What's more frustrating is that despite having a token number, we were overlooked while those who arrived after us received their orders promptly. Sadly, this isn't the first time we've encountered such poor service here. This place(Frisco) has consistently failed to meet our expectations.Regrettably, we won't be returning in the future."
