We came on a week day the place was practically empty except for a few people in the bar area yet we decided to get our order to go. I’m not sure if the young man was new but when I tell you it was like pulling teeth just to get the order submitted to the kitchen‼️ We wanted 2 bottle sodas 1 root beer and one starry. The gentleman behind the kiosk couldn’t find the selection for the starry soda and we literally ended up waiting nearly 20 min because of this. He finally got the manager over who couldn’t find it either so I’m like just ring up 2 bottle root beers and give me the starry in place they gotta be the same price right? So through all of that they ring the order in and afterwards this guy comes with a bottle root beer and a fountain starry so u mean to tell me I’m looking at the starry bottle in my face but I can’t have it because u don’t know how to ring it up? Come on now improvise seriously it’s not rocket science. So much time was wasted on my food bc of a drink when they could’ve just used quick thinking I’ve worked in restaurants all my life come on guys do better

We went on a Monday noon. The place was quiet and ambience was nice. It’s pretty big and the hostess was very polite.We loved the food , when asked the hostess recommended honey sriracha wings, we ordered and they turned out to be the best. The Tennessee sandwich was huge and yum.The portions were very large and food was good. We sure will come back again. ❤️Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids as screens are large and placed close to tables.

I went into the place to eat with my family, and a person came out of the kitchen to tell me that they couldn't serve us since the waiter they had had to leave!!! I think that a busy place like this cannot depend on a waiter, apart from that the manager never came out to show his face, I feel that it is a lack of respect for the customers who go there to eat

The server and the service were the worst i have ever experienced!!I love going to bdubs and has been my favourite place but they are always short staffed, they do not care about what people want, you get water literally after 45 - 60 mins after being seated and has to be reminded that we need some water. Our serve she had a tone of attitude and did not care about our food it was served cold when told she said “well I cannot do anything about it” the worst service ever!!The server even told other fellows not to attend our table when we were trying to pay and leave. She messed up our bill and did not even care to fix it and started arguing when told.Do not visit this place even when you have last option.The worst experience ever.

Service is not good. One of the item in My take-out order was incorrect. I identified it and then informed. Then i had to wait an extra 5 minutes due to this issue but not even a "sorry" from the staff who handled me. This is ridiculous customer service. One advice to the owners - please don't be hesitant to provide proper training to the staffs.

I ordered a 15 boneless wings to go with 3 different sauces. When I checked my order I discover that there is hardly any sauce on one set and not enough on the other two . I point this out to the cashier only to be told that if I wanted any extra sauce I would have to pay 65 cts extra for each sauce so I asked for a manager but she kept insisting that it would cost me extra, so I demanded a manager and was told that I could not talk to people that way. Thankfully a manager came out and after I pointed out the issued she took the boxes in and came out with sauce in the wings. I know not what else they did to them but at least they have sauce on them now without having to pay extra for something that should have been there in the first place

This Buffalo Wild Wings branch is truly stood out for its exceptional service and mouthwatering wings. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. The wings were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor with each bite. @Lory Lesly was very polite and patient when serving me.One thing that really brought my attention is when I asked politely ,how long was it going to take for my food to be ready ,she said 15 minutes.She was on the clock, 3 minutes early.I don’t eat out often,especially at a wings place .Had very bad experiences when visiting .Lory MADE the experience outstanding.Please ask for Lory to serve you if you visit this specific location.She has a great spirit to help.

Wings had little to no meat on them, let alone any sauce on them. Fries were cold and stale, the only way to make them edible was dipping them in ranch, otherwise yuck. Spending $40 I’d expect to at least edible food but I guess that’s too much to ask.

Ordered a to-go on Sunday. Called 15 min prior . Had to wait another 15 min for the food. Been told they are out of celery sticks and I will get extra carrots for my 30 wings. When I got home I was missing 10 wings out of 30 I ordered, I had 3 baby carrots in the bag and super dry cold fries. Called for refund, will see if I even get it back . Never again .
