Order online and they were only 8 minutes longer than expected which was pretty fast for the first day of March madness. Got the bone in medium wings and 20 boneless wings and they were hot and delicious. Cooked perfectly. Felt bad because only 3 people were working for how busy they were but they were working fast.

The employees by the names of Carnell, William, & Lisa are very nice and professional!! On this particular day 02/26/24 I know they all had to be extremely tired!! This was the day Wings were free from 2pm-5pm it was very hot inside, but they all managed to make sure everyone was satisfied with their service and the Wings were very good & fresh!! Great teamwork!! You all please keep up the good work!! Thanks!!

Even though that I waited for 1 hr & 40 min for my order, the manager was trying to help and he was very respectful with customers that they don’t understand the situation and they were rude with him. I understand that they shouldn’t take more orders but they were overwhelmed and they working hard to get the orders as fast as possible, I think next time we need to prepare better to watch the super bowl. Also, maybe because Im not a big fan of the super bowl I was only hungry
They should just shut this location down. We waited over an hour for a pickup order. When we got to the place to pick up our order, there was a packed house and people saying they had been waiting since 4:30 to get their order….it was 8:15 when we showed up! It’s Super Bowl Sunday, they should have known there would be a ton of orders!!!! Also, if they knew they were that far behind on orders, then they should have just shut down being able to order online. Super annoyed with this whole situation!!!! We ended up just canceling our order, so can’t review the actual food quality

Got the order wrong, had to come back to get it right. I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to help. Then they threw away the food and I waited 20 extra minutes before I got my correct order. I waited over an hour to get my order and there was no sorry or anything for waisting my time. Overall, not a good experience and won’t ever be coming back. :(
