Ok, I have to share my experience. After calling many places requesting a custom cake, Casa Linda Bakery in Frisco immediately responded asking for a cake picture.Within 5 minutes they said, Yes, we can do that!The process was super easy and let me say, the cake did not disappoint!!Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted amazing!!!My wife was blown away by the finishing touches and I would not hesitate to recommend.They have won my business!!

I just want to say one thing. This is a wonderful business.Here is one of many personal experiences.My wife ordered a cake for my daughter‘s birthday. She forgot to go pick it up before they closed. They personally delivered it to our house and it was a wonderful cake. No charge. Unbelievable.We go there at least once a week. I’m not exaggerating. I love family owned businesses that care about their customers. The food is excellent and I always feel special.

This has become my go-to place for bringing friends from out of town and for meeting my new friends here in NW Frisco. The coffee is always excellent and they prepare breakfast quickly. The portions are very good, and the staff is extremely accommodating for any special requests or needs. I recommend every local try them out for breakfast or when they want to enjoy an indoor conversation with friends over coffee and a vegan or other pastry.

Horrible customer service! I walked in & saw an Asian male sitting at a table/booth on his laptop, not realizing he worked there. I picked up my items & stood at the register waiting to be serviced. I turned around & asked the male if anyone was working here & watched him proceed to get up from the booth & come ring me up with no greeting and or apology. Additionally, the apple juice I purchased, expired December 2019.

Casa Linda bakery USED to be good before the new ownership took over. We will NEVER use them again. We ordered a $190.00 double tier Texas Tech cake for our daughters graduation. Everyone knows what Texas Tech red looks like, except for these people. It turned out marooning-brown, and the guy tried to convince my wife it was red. She even took the cake outside in natural sunlight and another lady described it as the same color, yet the little guy still tried to convince her it was right. Needless to say, we did not take nor purchase the cake. Extremely disappointed in the really bad quality and the attempts by them to push a crappy product on us.

Not impressive. You can't walk in and get a fresh slice of cake. They are precut in plastic and in cooler like the drinks. I asked what was in one and they said nuts and vanilla cake. When I took the first bite is was clearly coconut which I hate. When I questioned I got barely a yes but no other comment. I took my cold, hard coconut cake and left. It is kind of dirty. For a fairly new strip mall location, I wasn't impressed. In fact the "pleather" seats were peeling and gross. Pass on this place.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. It was 12:30 and the place was dead. Only 2 people came in the whole time we were there. Not a good sign especially during lunch time hours. I ordered the chicken wrap with chips. My wrap was really good and the chips were cooked perfectly. I tried the spinach egg drop soup. It was nasty. Spinach does not belong in egg drop soup. I got 2 free cookies for checking in on yelp. My husband said it's a good thing they were free as they were not very good. He said it's the worse peanut butter cookie he ever had. I don't see a reason to return to this restaurant.

Very disappointed as I wanted to give this bakery a try. I called to order a birthday cake with almond flavoring and was told they didn't have that. They told me that the only cake that has almond in it would be Italian Cream. I simply wanted a white cake with almond flavoring. I guess they don't bake their cakes to order. I called Steins and of course they were happy to accommodate.
