Came here because my fiancee and I LOVE the crispness of the fries here. Ordered a large regular and small ultimate. Very disappointed once we got the fries. They weren’t crispy at all, felt barely cooked and weren’t even edible. I asked for new fries and the people just seemed confused. Such a bummer.

The atmosphere is set lower because it is in the food court. Everything else was top notch. I got the chicken Philly and it was out if this world. One of my top philly's ever.

I had a regular Philly Cheesesteak. Flavor was good. It actually dissarmed in my hands, which turned into a nightmare to eat, but flavor was mad good!Service was Ok. Didn't interacted that much with staff.

I went to this location on September 25 2023 and purchased a sandwich it was wrong I took the sandwich back and asked to have my money refunded, I was not interested in having the sandwich remade, the manager on duty attempted to do a refund and said the system is down lefty information still have not received a refund

Staff is always friendly and the food is made to order within minutes. My favorite is their small cheesesteak with mushrooms, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, a small french fries, and a medium strawberry lemonade. Their strawberry lemonade has a strawberry puree added to it and it is delicious. If you're in the mall, and looking for a yummy quick meal. Try Charley's Cheesesteaks.
