I am writing this as a reminder to myself. I lived in the area for 10 years and visited this place 3 times. When I first moved here, after a few years and today. I forgot how bad this place is every time I visited. Just don't do it. It is not worth it. Stay away. I tried it 3 times and it is a huge disappointment every time. The world would be a better place if this chicken hell hole did not exist.

I really wish I could give this place a -5. I’ve came up here twice two days in a row (one being 30 minutes before they closed) for them to tell me I can’t order my food because they turned the fryer off for the night. I asked the so called manager for corporate office she said they are franchise, so there’s no number but I can email. I then asked for the GM information, she tells me the GM doesn’t want his information given out. I have a family of 6 so we spend a lot of money here, not anymore. I know my $100+ an order will not effect this place, but I sure won’t spend my money where I’m given POOR Service, can’t order food and the GM doesn’t even want anyone to contact him about his store. NEVER AGAIN, I will gladly go to the Lake Forest location

Every time I've gone to this Chicken Express, something has gone wrong. A part of my order is wrong, the drink fountain doesn't work, etc. And it really seems like nothing gets done to prevent and/or fix such errors.
