Ultimate Smokehouse ...3 choice...got all meat just like the picture was on point. Ribs, smoke jalapeño cheddar sausage, chicken crisper, fries, street corn, and garlic toast. Was a good bite and great the next day too. Reheated well. Would get again. You can choose 2 or 3 things out of about 7 or 8. Chicken fajitas were good. Honey Chipotle crispers weren't bad either, fam says molten lava cake with ice cream was good...it's big! New mozzarella sticks and 3 dip and chips appetizers was pretty tasty. Server was good. All around good experience.
The manager told me to call door dash to correct my delivery order so I did. Once the customer rep. Talks to him about the redelivery. He starts to get defensive saying it will come out of his inventory even though he told me he'll remake the order. Then he starts blaming me for wrong address even though their system did not have the right coordinates for the correctly inputted address which was verified correct. He did go ahead and remake the order. I'm assuming the reason why he was acting in that manner he didn't want to deal with me even though their was no problem prior to this altercation.

Let me just say at a time when restaurants are ridiculously pricey I applaud Chili's for keeping their 3 for combo's! That said the food was really good hubby and I both got burgers this time but they're pretty consistent with the food. The server was very friendly and attentive. And the place is clean ??

We ordered curbside. They took a while to bring it out despite the text saying it was ready. We take the 3 minute drive home and get everything out. Took a bite out of my honey chipotle chicken crispers. They were wet like they were undercooked. Ended up not eating the rest of the chicken. Decided to try my mashed potatoes, bland instant potatoes. Then I decided to try my cheese fries, soggy. Total fail. After trying the three things I had ordered, I looked at the husband , he already knew what was on my mind. He says “mine is terrible too”. We threw the whole order out. It’s rare that I do this but after the last experience we had here we won’t be returning. The food is just becoming too subpar and the staff isn’t making up for the food’s shortcomings. You need to take a good long look at your model and see if you can improve the food: flavor, quality, and price. And the staff: friendliness, attentiveness, having pride in what they do and not just slopping things around.

Terrible service, Staff walks past you and pretends they can't see you when you're waiting at the to go door. No greeting, no questions as to why I'm waiting. Horrible experience and gives the chilis brand a bad name.

The food we ordered as takeout was served old. When my son brought the food home and opened the containers, I was very upset that a restaurant would think that it was okay to serve such poor quality food. We had previously stopped going to this Chili’s due to poor quality but decided to give it another chance. That was a mistake!!!!
