They can't get your order right :(.. I ordered on online with honey Chipotle sauce but I got ended up with 2 ranch... I don't need ranch... corn is so blend.. their secret sauce is just taste like chick fil a sauce..

Personally two stars is a pretty good amount for this place. It gets this rating for the cold food,long wait, and sound of the restaurant. When my family and I go out to eat and we can hardly hear each other from across an oddly small table it's clearly too loud. This is a new building, seriously have we not moved on yet from the industrial unfinished exposed ceilings as if this cut cost measure is still some how cool. Not every restaurant needs mood lighting and intimate booths, I mean not every meal is some major affair but my god if I wanted to eat some where this loud I would go to a club, a sports bar or I don't know a train station at rush hour.

The worse food ever.. order a combo plate and they put Cold sausage on my plate that is truly a health risk , it was like it just came out of refrigerator...sent it back and all they did was microwave it to it was dry...I will never go back there and spend money...... Sad that waiters get the blame for the chiefs poor cooking & the atmosphere was pure judgmental of race not one manager came to table to address the situation......HEALTH DEPT .. For serving cold uncooked food...

Was one of the worst experiences I've had dining out. Let me first say that I'm a restaurant manager and have been one for over ten years with 3 different companies. It was Chilis birthday which meant $3.13 margaritas which yes I thought it would be busy when we walked in. We came in around 545pm and there were maybe 3 tables in the main dining room and cocktail was almost full and maybe 3 parties at the bar but not full. We decided to sit at the bar. It was about 15-20 min before we were acknowledged. Now granted yes the bartender should have at least acknowledged us and said something if not hi, but I'm not blaming her. She seemed to be frustrated and out of place since we got there. If it's one of your biggest days then have full management on staff or at least make sure the item you're providing at a discount is prepped. When the bartender was trying to make the margaritas she did not have enough prep to make them and didn't know how to work the equipment to make them either. She was very sweet and the food was ok but management did not set their team up for success. I know they knew what was coming cause I only came because I posted on Facebook that they did it last year. I started my restaurant career serving at chilis and it's sad that it used to be a staple when you would choose where to dine and now here it is this.

Wow...I have never had such a bad experience as this. It took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the bartender. It took 30 minutes to get a drink and our order taken. Yes it was $3.13 margaritas today, but the manager and GM knew this and should have prepped their staff better. We were not the only customers who complained. The food when we got it was good. This location needs new management.

This is quite possibly the worst Chili's I've ever been to. The service wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't great. The food was dry, stale, and burnt. I ordered the smokehouse combo. My corn was burnt, and the manager tried to insist that it's charred because it's grilled, no ma'am. Charred would show grill marks, sections of the corn was just burnt all the way around. She brought me another one that was slightly less burnt than the first. The ribs were dried out as if they too had been over cooked or left out in a warmer too long. The outside of the ribs were rock hard. And the fries were stale like they had been sitting out since the previous shift. The only thing that tasted pleasant was the jalapeno sausage, which appeared to not have been grilled at all. I asked for a to-go container almost immediately and threw the food away after leaving. This location is a no for me.

Staff isn’t friendly or approachable , my waitress / bartender messed up my order a couple times and then forgot to put my order in , so I waited to get my food . Also she put my alcoholic beverage in front of my 2 year old and I had to ask her if that was mine . Coming from someone in the service industry I would assume you would know how to conduct yourself appropriately. I will not be visiting this location again .

Bad experience on this location. It’s Saturday and have lunch at this place. Took about 30 minutes to get seated and another 15 minutes before someone came to our table and another 40 minutes before the food was served. They didn’t even gave us a plate for our food. The problem to me is not the availability of tables but more of staff shortage. I always go to the castle hills location and never had this issues..

It was good, sparse crowd for middle of week. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich, felt strange going to a bar after I quit drinking and ordering a club soda. Lol.

We were told the wait was 45 minutes and that our small group could not sit together. There were plenty of tables open but we were told there was not enough staff. We left.

Friendly, Good Customer Service on Veterans Day?? even though I stopped here before sometime, I would ask for military discount. Good customer service very friendly management.

My experience here was great! Celebrated with friends and my favorite dish! Service was awesome as well. We were constantly checked on and offered an additional appetizer at no cost for the occasion. Restrooms could be cleaner, but I typically avoid restaurant restrooms. Overall 5 Stars!!

Food taste just like any other chili’s… so thats good. I like when chain of restaurants keep the same flavor across all restaurants. They are also very fast relatively speaking. I ordered online and the website was saying they would take 25-35 mins and 15 mins later I got a message saying the food was ready… which it was ??

The food is good the server is good but the bathrooms are completely disgusting even when they first open at 11:00 you're fine to eat here as long as you don't go have to go to the restroom to wash your hands or use the bathroom cuz it would definitely run your appetite.
