Every time I place a mobile order for a specified time, it is never ready, and they always forget something. Every. Single. Time. We are in Prosper, so it isn’t super close to drive back and get forgotten item, either. For the price, go to Chipotle or Freebirds.

Horrible !! Food is high priced and not worth it, spend a little extra drive and go down to the Taco Joint. Chilos won't mind when I was there I was treated like I was bothering them. Even Taco Bell is a better option.Steve L

Kinda like a Chipotle or a Fuzzys. Good food, good pricing, and clean restaraunt!

I thought this place was fantastic. It's like an upgraded version of Chipotle. The food was high quality we got bowls and a blackened salmon taco. The salmon was seasoned perfectly. The bowl was customizable and packed with flavor. Service was quick, you pick your topics and take your bowl with you. Ambiance is fast casual. Definitely a new go-to spot for a quick lunch.

I'd been hearing a lot of buzz about Chiloso as a replacement for that other big chain burrito place and I had to take a trip out to try it out as I apparently live in the no mans land that they skipped over as a part of their expansion strategy. I'm happy to say, I think the category might have a new leader. It's always hard to rate a build your own bowl place as the experience generally comes down to how much the managers clamp down on portion sizes and how generous the employee is feeling at the time, but if my experience is anything like the norm then I would say this place is more generous than any of the competition. For a slight premium, I got more, far fresher tasting ingredients than the other places with chips and salsa included. Good value for the money as I likely could have just eaten this today and been fine. The biggest surprise to me is there was some actual spice to my relatively simple bowl. I'm not sure if it was something in the Mexican rice, the queso, the steak marinade, or maybe even something in the guac, but I have a low spicy burn throughout the meal which doesn't tend to happen without a salsa in these kind of places. Spicy food lovers take note.Overall Chiloso was really good for what it is. Would I drive 40 miles round trip and pay $7 in tolls to eat there again? No. If they opened one in Carrollton however I doubt I'd ever set foot into a competitor ever again. Worth checking out if you have one in your area.

How do you run of out eggs while having 2 cooks in the back staring at a giant bucket of eggs? Staff seem confused as to how to operate a cook and the line. Confused as in short bus level of confusion. Front line was falling behind on trying to get orders done because her “help” kept wandering off looking for the lost treasure of Sierra Madre. In short, we simply left as the person in front of us with 4 kids had an aneurysm trying to figure what each kid wanted to eat while said kids were sitting behind her in the booth. Yes, each kid she turned to and asked and then told the server. Rinse repeat. Meanwhile, like a mile long…And watching her lockup on whether or not she wanted any kind of veggies was like watching Democrat explain how inflation really isn’t a bad thing. Needless to say the server was ready to cry.Parents: if you take your demon spawn to Chilosos, have a plan other than drool.

Love this place! Similar concept to Chipotle but more options and very fresh. Large portion sizes.
