INEDIBLE…..Brought a chicken bowl and it was completely inedible. The rice was completely raw tasted like plastic rice, very hard to chew , pinto beans were extremely salty and chicken Al pastor tasted weird.I bought chipotle after like 6 months after my bad experience last time and the food quality had degraded even more.Also , for people who don’t eat meat or prefer just chicken this is not the place for them because food is kept such a way that there is very high chance of cross contamination.I would not prefer or suggest going there after my recent experience.

Ordered dinner for the family tonight for National Burrito Day. Used the app and placed our order for 4.We only received an order for 3. They didn't add a steak taco, 1, one, uno taco. It was my wife's dinner.Tried to call the location and you get an automated attendant which directs you to customer service. Customer service only lets you fill out a form. Don't know if I will get a refund, can't get another taco for the wife UNLESS I drive an go get it.I DON'T WANT A REFUND!! I WANTED MY WIFES DINNER!!

Under-portioned compared to other locations. Not worth paying $11 for a bowl that barely has enough serving. Employees have time to chit chat but don’t have time to clean the dining area.

Nice experience at this chipotle location with ample portion of the food. The staff were nice and provided the service quickly. The parking is little bit challenging and hard to find during peak hours. The seating area is clean and provides a unique experience for dine in. The food and beverage was prepared perfectly and the check out was quick.

I ordered a burrito at this chipotle and I thought the flavor was good but the portion sizes were severely lacking. My burrito lacked a uniform distribution of ingredients throughout as I had a lot of bites that just consisted of rice and beans. Also the salsa wasn’t as spicy as I had grown to enjoy. Solid but nothing special!

Nobody smiles, nobody friendly, it's been a while since I came to Chipotle but now I'm definitely not coming back with service like this. I want happy vibes in my food and nothing here felt happy. These employees need some motivation, that means it's the management or the owner and then corporate's fault too. But still... at the end of the day each employee knows what they need to be doing. If I were the owner, I would base my hiring and firing by smiles and friendliness to the customers who are spending their money. The steak had a bit of a funky smell and weird taste too as if it was getting to it's expire date, but instead the cook still cooked it.

I eat A LOT of chipotle… probably 4-6 times a week and I have to say this location had the best steak I’ve ever tasted! I didn’t even know chipotle steak could taste like that. 5 stars.

I should definitely take time to appreciate a staff member (Albert), he is a super cool person. I was at the store to pick-up my order and I forgot to add some sauces to it while he reminded me and confirmed! I was in a hurry and forgot to add that in order, he took some extra time very patiently to open the order and add all that I really needed! Of course its he made my lunch feel better! Great Service!Thank you Albert!

This is a convenient location and I’m a fan of Chipotle but this location is not my favorite. Every time I go here they act like they are giving you the food and you’re not paying for it. The barely want to give you anything and you have to always ask for more rice, beans, veggies etc. The servers always give you like 10 pieces of meat in your bowl or burrito and it’s very frustrating. This food is not cheap, so the fact that they always try to give you the smallest portions ever is just strange to me. Other locations have much better servers and service.
