I’ve visited this location multiple times as my office is right up the road. I now try to go out of my way to visit another location, unless I’m on a time crunch. This location never has friendly service, and they frequently “skimp” on the portions sizes. I understand they are monitored and must put a certain amount in to each product, but other locations seem to consistently put more food into their bowls / burritos. Not the worst, but certainly not the best.

Never had this much consecutive wrong orders in any other food chain. Something is always wrong with this location. They don't care about the accuracy of the order, they're always backed up, can't keep the place moving.Also portions are joke here.

I visited this particular Chipotle restaurant and found the overall hygiene to be very poor. The kitchen, dining, and food service areas were all unclean. The tables were covered with food crumbs, the floors looked unattended, and the countertops were sticky and grubby. It was apparent that cleanliness was not a top priority for the staff.I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant until they take necessary steps to address these cleanliness and service issues

I can't believe how small the portions at chipotle have gotten. For a 10 dollar burrito I expect a full scoop of chicken. Place was clean and friendly though.

These guys are not serving proper portions of chicken, they intentionally serve serve 3-4 pieces of chicken and when we ask for more they charge us

This is the WORST chipotle!!! Every time I come here they make new rules and make me pay for new stuff. Today the manager had me pay for extra sour cream and cheese. But yesterday I didn’t and I bet next time I won’t.

I guess I’m somewhat surprised that we all keep “voting” with our wallets to keep this place going - I mean look at me I actually went here THREE times in one week! (Granted I had a gift card I needed to burn through - I ALSO craved the food). The food REALLY is good here but man the service and atmosphere and cleanliness of the joint is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy below what you would want. Chipotle - I guess I hate you for figuring out how to get us all coming back but really not delivering any kind of good experience. I hate it so much that I plan to visit again next week?!

This location isn’t my favorite. They’re always out of something…salad dressing, veggies, and even black beans. Drink machine is often out of one or more sodas or out of ice. Tables are messy and haven’t been cleaned.
