10 out of 10 experience! I NEVER write reviews. However I would love to inform management on how amazing this location is. Customer service is on point! I have never been asked if there is any pizza that I would like on the line nor have I been asked if any of the food is not to my standard. Like what?? That is how you serve customers!! My family and I love Cici’s and visits the location closest to us but after visiting the Frisco location I cannot see myself going back to my home Cici’s. The quality of the food was superb. The lady with the glasses had the most amazing personality and recommended the tastiest pizza ever (Zesty Italian). Cici’s @Frisco keep being amazing! PS: I am writing this review after a LONG day of work and DAYS after my initial visit so you know I must have been impressed ?♥️

Food was GREATTTT. All the pizza was hot & fresh. Staff was kind enough to ask which kind of pizzas we would like to see on the bar. So many kids around though, so if you don’t like loud places, this isn’t the place for you. Will be back soon!

Food hygiene at this location is appalling. Cooks barehanding pizzas off the oven belt, staff using their cell phones or running their hands through their hair before handling food and one employee chewing over the pizza buffet. Hand sink may as well be for decoration only. All of this happening while the General Manager was running the shift. It’s disgusting and this location needs a major shake up.

I recently visited during a busy time and, despite friendly service, encountered some issues. The tables were a bit dirty, likely due to the staff trying to keep up with the rush. The food, unfortunately, didn’t live up to expectations, but my kid enjoyed the visit. Overall, a mixed experience.

This is the worst customer experience I have EVER had at a cicis. Came around 1:30pm.. for over an hour there was hardly any pizza on the buffet. The salad bar was wiped out and the kid at the register was more concerned about his cell phone than refilling it. There was one young man who looked like he was scrambling to keep up, but by himself it wasn’t enough. The dining area looked as if no one has even attempted to clean up after the lunch rush.I don’t know if this location is severely understaffed or something, but ownership needs to figure it out. Ridiculous. Travel a few more minutes and go to another location if you want to be able to actually eat at the buffet
