The food was good overall. However, the dessert came to us with the ice cream mostly melted over the brownie and the brownie was not warm. It was quiet so that made it easy to have a conversation. I will say though that the service was excellent.

Made reservations and didn't know it was in a hotel. We couldn't even fund where we checked in for reservations. We asked the bartender, and they didn't even know. We decided we would go somewhere else for dinner but have drinks while waiting. Took almost an hour to order and receive drinks. Once we received our drinks, we didn't see anyone to order more and had to go to the bar just to get our check. I hope you guys can make this process easier in the future for your customers.

Horrible service twice in one week. The food is mediocre at best and extremely overpriced . The brisket nachos were 20 bucks and had 3 pieces of meat. That was a very pricey plate of tortilla chips I paid for. Both times we came here we had to wave the waiters down for service, silverware, checks, and to-go boxes. I’m dumbfounded as to how this place has any good reviews.

For what we paid for this Mother's Day brunch, we were super disappointed. The service was not what we paid for (automatically added 18% gratuity). We constantly had to keep asking for water refills, more coffee, etc. There was not a very wide selection of food options. Worst of all, the live music was very loud and not in keeping with the Mother's Day theme. We were expecting a lot more for what we paid and were very disappointed.
Never had any problems while staying in the hotel for my 3 day stay. The staff directed me towards the conference room and ensured that when going to my room, I didn't get onto the wrong elevator by providing precise directions. All staff made my stay a great experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions. Rooms were comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was nice but not in small containers. If you want to bring them home they charge you $20 each.

We stayed at the Hyatt Frisco location for 6 nights and were delighted with service and attention to detail. The pool area was beautiful and the building was spotless! We always love the Hyatt experience

Clean, modern hotel and nice hotel bar. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lot's of shopping and dining nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. There is a short menu of food for service in the bar area. The food was quite good.

Offers a meeting room with capacity for over 1000. And just three average-sized elevators. Whether you are in the meeting or not, expect to wait 5 - 10 minutes to get an elevator. One sole ice machine in the entire 16 story hotel. Anticipate another 10 minute wait for ice as well, if any is left. Average room, lots of mechanical noises, drapes wouldn't close fully, etc. Nothing horrible, just not up to the rather steep price tag.
