This establishment cares nothing about its employees or their family. My daughter just got her first job with this establishment on her way to work. Her grandmother went unconscious for 20 min and she was let go because the grandmother was transported to the hospital from the side of the highway while trying to get her to work and could not make it to work after she was told by the shift lead that it was OK that she did not come in no one from the establishment called to notify her that she had been terminated, and when she was trying to find out why she was taken off the schedule, the managers were ignoring her

Really bad experience, I still can’t believe it they would treat people like that. I was there with my 3 year old and got 5 ice creams in cups and had to wait in line for 20 mins.When we got out my daughter started crying because she wanted her ice cream in a cone. I went back in and asked the lady to give me a cone and I’d pay for it there but she was so rude didn’t care my child was crying and I had just spend $25 there but told me to get back in line. I told her but I just need the cone and pay her $1 there she totally ignored me. I asked another employee, was a young guy I guess new there and he had to ask her if he could give me just the cone but she didn’t let him. I can’t believe such people exist, no humanity whatsoever.Seeing a child crying and not handing a cone ( A CONE) for which i had the $1 in my hand is just bad, heartless and put me in such distress. She should feel ashamed. Don’t know her name she African American, in her early thirties in would guess… really bad experience.

This place is horrible. Bad business! Whoever is running this place needs to check who they hire. Was waiting for 15 mins while everyone was in the back and WAS NEVER HELPED. We ended up leaving with nothing and never helped and this was around lunch time.

Some amazing ice cream, smooth, great flavors, and great combinations. The servers are quite patient and happy to answer any question. The ambience is perhaps somewhat lacking because of the confined space, but otherwise a highly recommended ice cream place.

Very small ice cream shop in the heart of The Star area in Frisco. It was ridiculously expensive and not worth the money at all. The marshmellos on the smores one they offer were disgusting, I threw it out after only eating about a quarter of what I ordered.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes
The staff working tonight are the nicest people I have seen. When I was in the shop tonight there was a group of loud kids. They were being so rude to the staff, to the point where I asked staff if they knew the kids at all and they said no. But even with the rude kids they gave amazing service to every customer never failing to smile and even offered to give me something for the kids being so disruptive during my time there( 30 minutes). Also the ice cream was amazing ?

Wow, wow, wow. I’m literally sitting in the restaurant typing this absolutely fuming. Came in with my 3 year old daughter to a group of teenage boys all standing in a group talking to each other and on their phones. As we’re surveying the menu- nobody has said hello or anything to us, they just kept talking and then all of them- literally like 5 kids went in the back room without saying anything. 5 minutes pass, we’re ready to order and they’re still just hanging out in the back. Finally one comes out and takes my order, the rest follow and get right back in their group stance on showing each other their phones and talking. The one who took my order tried to tell them about my order and they ignored him, however, even the one who took my order didn’t make my order he just joined the group again. Another mom and daughter come in and after about two minutes, the kid who took my order notices them and gets ready to take their order. The little girl points at me and when I tell her we already ordered we’re just waiting -the boys look around confused. The guy who begrudgingly made me a “stacker” made a soft serve ice cream with a mountain of sprinkles at the bottom and toppings at the top. There was no “swirling” in our cup, I noticed this especially after seeing the photos on the wall afterwards and even the order after us had better looking “stackers”. I’ll attach photos. Also not long after sitting down and eating with my daughter, two teenage girls came in- they were greeted, attended as soon as they came in and the guy who relayed the order even told the guy making the order “load her up to the top!” So after my bad experience that was definitely a slap in the face. Worst customer service experience ever.I would like to be contacted about this.

Arguably the busiest day of the year and the serving process is moving like a disorganized kindergarten class. Apparently, the "manager" wearing a red shirt isn't interested in helping customers because he is quite literally just standing around, leaning on the wall behind the counter, while the TWO employees who are actually working hard can't possibly manage the amount of traffic. There is no excuse for "management" not stepping in to help. I waited for nearly 30 minutes after ordering -- one chocolate milkshake.

Love it the location is right at the Frisco star which gives you the opportunity to see some cool sites. The ice cream was amazing they had so many flavors to choose from. The guy who helped me was flyers friendly and bubbly personality and respectful. Overall great experience I definitely recommend giving them a try!

We were at the Star location last night. Bottom line - the service was beyond nonexistent; so, we left and found a Baskin Robbins. At Baskin Robbins, the service was great, ice cream was delicious, restaurant was clean, and we had a great time.
