Unfortunately, tonight's experience at Crudo fell short of my usual expectations. As a loyal patron, I've always enjoyed their offerings, but tonight was disappointing. Despite ordering my filet medium rare, it arrived cold and unpleasantly squishy. Being a carnivore, this was still quite off-putting. Reluctant to disrupt the dining experience, I waited patiently for the server's attention, which unfortunately took 15 minutes. Thankfully, the hostess intervened, allowing me to express my dissatisfaction.Though the steak was replaced promptly (same steak as before) it was disheartening that there was no acknowledgment of the error nor any gesture of goodwill and it was medium well. Despite understanding that mistakes happen, the lack of apology or any form of compensation left a sour taste. The bill of $250, coupled with the absence of any courtesy gesture, emphasized a prioritization of profit over customer satisfaction.Regrettably, this experience has compelled me to reconsider returning to Crudo in the future. Despite tipping generously at 22% which was very generous, the lack of acknowledgment or attempt to rectify the situation suggests a disregard for the patron's experience. It's disheartening when a restaurant prioritizes monetary gain over customer satisfaction, ultimately overshadowing the enjoyment of the meal.

Great location, perfect expresso martini, thankyou Lobby, Mandi, Ernesto for an evening of fun and relaxation. Thanks to my daughter for taking me here. Try it, you will love it!! We recently visited Crudo, on a weekend with a reservation. When we arrived the bar area was full and the dining room was empty. We were seated in the dining area and greeted by our server promptly, but as the evening went on it went downhill from there. We were on a date night so didn't mind spending some time here but the service was very slow. Our salad almost didn't come out until we inquired about it after waiting so long. The food took quite some time as well. One of my biggest complaints is that we were seated at a table that got bumped by the servers ALL night long, many times bumped so hard that it would shift the table. It's a small dining room and they had a big table in the middle that they would not go around on one side, therefore causing all the traffic to go by us, and bump the table. Sounds like it shouldn't be a big deal but it was extremely annoying because it was EVERY time someone walked by. Meanwhile, our slow service. When we finally did receive our check it was wrong, so it had to go back to be adjusted. Once adjusted it was still very high for our experience. It was 150$ for 2 people, we did have a couple of drinks but other than that, one meal, one pizza and one salad. Unfortunately given our experience we most likely will not go back.
We had a wonderful meal here last night! The service was top notch and the food was delicious!! The only small gripe I have is that my chair was very uncomfortable, but overall a great experience! The owner is extremely friendly and checked on our table to make sure everything was top notch. We will definitely be back!!
It was an average experience. I felt the hostess looking at us strange and honestly didnt feel “welcomed”. It was one of those had to be there experiences. The food was okay. Not bad but not great. The steak lacked seasoning and the jumbo stuff shrimp was room temp with the best part being the broccoli and rice. Based on our experience neither my husband and I desire to return. We didn't hate it but definitely didn't love it either.

We love going here on Thursday nights for the live guitar music! The atmosphere is super comfortable and the salmon flatbread pizza is to DIE for. It feels more like I'm hanging out at a girlfriend's house with some friends rather than being at a noisy restaurant. I'd say this is the right place to go for dinner with a friend, a first date, a business meeting or even just to have dinner by yourself at the bar! All feel welcome and comfortable at Crudos.

If I could rate this less than a 1 star I would because a 1 star is generous. We made our reservation a month ago for 6:45pm and were greeted with a wait for a table to clear off (no worries! We patiently waited and grabbed a drink at the bar). We waited while table after table was seated and 30 minutes after our reservation time we were finally seated. We sat down after a shower of apologies from the sweet hosts who has just started that day. Upon sitting down we finished our cocktails from earlier and waited to place an appetizer order. Then we waited and waited and waited. Another 20 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging us at our table and that we had empty drinks, and hungry stomachs. After 10 more minutes we called it as it was already 7:45pm. We walked out without even an acknowledgment from any of the staff (except the brand new hostess and host again..). This was such a disappointment we won't be back
