I pulled into the drive thru at 1:17pm and it is currently 1:42pm and I am sitting in the parking lot, where I was asked to pull around and park, while waiting for my order. No drink, just a value meal. Not acceptable. Three cars already left the drive thru line while I waited to get to the window! What is going on?!

Worked at this Dairy Queen for a few months it is not ran properly at ALL they will hire a 95 year old lady if she applied however during the short period of time I worked at this disgusting place there was an employee who spit in a lady’s blizzard mixed it up and handed it right back to her due to her complaining would not suggest this location to anyone
Drive thru female on 12-2-23 at 2:15pm that takes your order, Was probably the most disappointing and most unprofessional horrible hospitality individual I’ve ever encountered at a drive thru!!! No greet only word she knew was ANYTHING ELSE, ANYTHING ELSE!! highly recommend not coming here EVER AGAIN and she definitely needs to be removed from this position! Food looked like a TV microwaved meal, sloppy Luke warm and put together super fast, didn’t even bother with a refund went to SONIC instead!!

Ordered two medium chocolate dipped ice cream cones. The chocolate is super thin. When we asked if they could be re-dipped we were told it would melt them because the chocolate was so hot. Chocolate is cracked and the ice cream is melting. So far we’ve been to five or six Dairy Queen‘s and this one is at the bottom of the list for chocolate dipped ice cream and then cones.
