Always have a good time coming to this place. It's really great to sit down in the lower table areas where they have a bunch of massive screens to watch whatever sporting event is going on. Food is pretty good and the service is OK, could be a little better as we ran out of drinks a couple times and didn't see the server too often, it was not very busy either otherwise I wouldn't mention it at all. Of course the games are always fun to play (even if the SkeeBall machine ripped me off a couple times, haha).Overall I do recommend coming here if you are looking for a fun place to eat, have some drinks and play some games. It's a good time.

Our server needed assistance and he didn't get it from his colleagues. He was very kind. Food was decent though. We had a pretty large party and encountered an issue with the tvs and a request to turn the volume up. I believe management should have handled it better.

Deceitful business practices, drinks menu has no prices on it... It wasn't until after I ordered that I was hit by the most expensive margarita I've ever bought at $15, and it tasted like it had no alcohol in it. I also went up to purchase a card to use at the arcade. I asked the clerk how many points it would take to spend an hour playing games. I bought her recommended $48 card, and the points laste all of 16 minutes playing. Absolute rats, these people.

Great service, food and fun games for 6, 13 and 17 y.o. grandchildren.
Sebastian was absolutely amazing as our server! We really enjoyed that the games were on a different floor than the dining so the noise level was not that bad. Ate well and then went and enjoyed the games!

Horrible experience! Upstairs hostess with red curly hair was so rude and unprofessional. She pretty much kept turning everyone down claiming the wait was 2 hours. Even though they had plenty of seating available. I asked for a booth and she rolled her eyes and said she didn't have any available. I asked for a table and she just stated at me so I asked again and she said " loom we don't have anything available right now the wait is 2 hours" so I asked to get on the list and she insisted it was going to be a while. I couldn't find the manager but I really wanted to report her. Downstairs was a little better but food is pricey and it smelled like urine by our table. The whole $8 all you can play was a scam. I knew it was too good to be true. Probably won't be back.

The hostess upstairs was very rude to my boyfriend and I as we walked in and asked for a table. She had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when we asked if we can be placed on the waitlist. She seemed like she did not want us to eat there as she said twice the waitlist would be very long. The other two people with her also looked at us like we were a bother. The bar area upstairs was filthy and when we asked if they can clean a table off the girl said “I don’t know”. We decided to try downstairs in the bar area and luckily we found a spot right away and the employees were nicer but not the best overall service experience. Not sure why people want to work in the customer service job yet act very unprofessional.
