Delectable donuts but seeing a fly inside the glass casing is a huge infection concern! Good thing they had freshly made donuts in the back!! Friendly and courteous service; easy check out.Parking: Easy to find parking during regular, non-rush hours.

I don’t know what happened but I bought 6 donuts, double chocolate that weren’t sweet or chocolatey only the chocolate frosting was sweet. It was weird, it’s never happened before. I usually love Dunkin’s double chocolate and get them often - they were just gross, didn’t taste like donuts. The person making them must’ve left out an ingredient(s). Anyways, it was this location…it was on 2/10 so I was not able to fill out the survey and there’s no contact e-mail - that’s why I’m reviewing here.

this is the cleanest/yummiest/friendliest dunkin EVER!! they have the sweetest drive thru worker who is always smiling and radiates the best energy and kindness. the world needs more people like this location’s staff!!!

This place WAS my favorite dunkin' donut, but unfortunately, since this African American girl is working there, I don't like to go there anymore! With her strict attitude, she's trying to show that she's working hard, but more than that, the first impression you get is her being rude and so unkind to the customer! I don't like to go there at all, until those nice employees are back! She's so weak in customer service.

I worked there and to be honest it wasn't too bad but I hate to say it but when it's not so busy they expect you to act busy when there's nothing to do. We would already did everything we needed to do and yet we still need to act busy. They would also won't say anything on why you weren't on the schedule until you said something or if you try to get in contact with them it can take a while. The food isn't so bad or the benefits for a first job but I honestly think there's a better place to work at.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location I have ever visited. Ordering a coffee and egg sandwich was too much for the staff to handle with only a few people in the store. I waited and watched in amazement as the three girls behind the counter ran in circles trying to service a few customers and guy at the drive up window having his order returned twice because they got it wrong. I had planned on eating in the store but the tabletops and floors were dirty. I live just one mile from here but I will never visit this establishment again.

Terrible place, terrible service last night, December 16, 2023, in the afternoon at around 7:45, I went and they treated me very poorly. I will not return to that place again. The girl who was in front had a very bad attitude and the place was very dirty.
Way too slow! Went to the drive through one current front of me still waited fifteen minutes. This was at 1pm on a Tuesday

Second time I have walked away without my food after waiting 30 minutes for a box of munchkins. The drive through cannot handle the cars that come through and order multiple coffee mix drinks. The store is horribly managed, which really shows during peak times. Sad.
