Disappointed with Hair in Food and Unresponsive ManagementI recently ordered chicken biryani and unfortunately had a negative experience. While the food was ok, I found a hair in my meal. This significantly impacted my experience.What made the situation worse was the lack of responsiveness from the restaurant's management. I brought the issue to their attention, but they were dismissive and never accepted our order.Due to this experience, I cannot recommend at this time.

Drove 20 min by word of mouth but it’s not at all worth it. Very rude behavior and attitude towards customers is worste . They don’t care customer intention and needs . They laugh and smile with attitude . The lady at front desk doesn’t even know how to treat customers and the man from inside don’t know who he is but his attitude seems like doesn’t care about the business . Wait time for the already made curry is very long and Food was insane and worse, Full of unhealthy oils .

I ordered half tray of babycorn manchurian and its not properly boiled. I ordered it for kids and none of them were able to eat single piece. Every piece was hard because it was not boiled properly... waste of my money 60$... These guys are ok for telugu foods but not indo chinese... avoid at all costs if ur doing veg appetizers here.

We had great experience eating here, both appetizers and rice items are good , fresh and very tasty. They also have few fresh juices serving with no sugar and ice.This is usually a pickup place but dine-in is also available but limited.Chicken pakoda 10/10Medu vada 10/10Gongura Paneer biryani 9/10Chicken fry biryani 9/10Ash guard juice 9/10Mango lassi 9/10I highly recommend this place to try for anyone looking for fresh and tasty food.

I ordered food on 3/16/2024.Worst experience and a nightmare. Food was bad. First they called me a day before and said that they don’t have veg dum biryani and veg biryani will be good. In the tension of party I said ok because they confidently said veg biryani is as good as veg dum biryani. Veg biryani is bad and tastes like frozen food.Navaratan Kurma turned out to be mix veg curry. Waste.Poori are too oily.Starters are the big flop of show. Go I Manchurian which is soggy and baby corn is not cooked. Both starters 80 percent waste.I am not attaching pictures here because 70% of the food got wasted. 110 is the party strength and I ordered for 80 but still so much food got wasted.Not attaching pictures as it is waste to do that too. Waste of money and more than that disappointed my guests and party.Will never order here.Kranthi and management no need to check back with your kitchen on this review. I ordered a Togo for dinner and picked it up. I drove close to 20 miles to get it. When I parked the car at home I got a call from them saying that the wrong order was given to me and I got so furious. It was kids time to get to bed and I could not go back and collect it. The person who called was very down to earth even after hearing my tone he kept his cool. They said keep the ones you got we are sending someone. I fed the kids what I got and they went to sleep. Then the food arrived the gentleman delivered with a smile. So first of all sorry to Dwarka and person whom I talked over the phone as I was so mad thinking about the kids. I will be a patron of your place going forward. Thanks to person who delivered it as well. I am going again this week to tip the gentleman if he can accept it. FOOD IS DEFINITELY GOOD BUT MORE THAN THAT IT IS THE ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF. I rate them 10/5
