Great atmosphere, with live music on a Thursday. Decent wine list. Service was basic. We tried the cheese/charcuterie board and felt it left a lot to be desired, seemed like everything came from the supermarket nearby.

This place is a gem inside Frisco. Happy Hour is very good - decent selection - half price beers; wines. Service is always pretty good.We have been here a few times and honestly the quality doesn't change.Their pizzas are very very good.Good beer selection, good wine selection (advice by a bottle it's cheaper than glasses). The only thing that really gets me is; they charge you extra for using the gas firepits. I understand the cost of propane; but honestly I'd rather pay a dollar extra on things and have it included.

Overpriced. Staff is rude and will not check in you even though they say they did. Staff is extremely rude and condescending. Said I was banned from coming back to their establishment when I called them out on their service. Disrespectful millennials.Don't worry. I will never come back to your establishment again, especially after you threatened to call the police in me.

love love love the back patio for drinks and live music. We had a great time with a smore board and cocktails sitting by our own fire pit. They do charge a propane fee and service was a little chaotic but the overall vibes and atmosphere were great and we will definitely come back here next time we go to downtown frisco.

The store is cute and cozy and the food is delicious! It's a bit disappointing that the server doesn't come to check.

adding to the list of recent bad reviews - we reserved a table with a fire pit - they sat us at a table with a broken fire pit and dirty dishes from another table - no one ever stopped by to greet us or clean the dirty dishes from the previous table so we ended up just leaving, but Heritage Table next door was very good!

I visited the Dallas area for the FCS Football Championships and was looking for a place to practice my blind tasting skills for an upcoming exam. I stumbled upon Eight-11, in Frisco and to my surprise, I indulged in the perfect blend of ambiance and outstanding wine tasting. Along with an amazing house burger, I tasted eight fun wines (three were blends), and watched delightful crowd fill the establishment. Despite being very busy by 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, Eight-11 has a cozy atmosphere. This is an ideal location for a flight of exquisite wine and a great meal.

What a surreal and awful experience we had at this restaurant. I went with a girl friend at her recommendation. She had been there in years past and really liked it.The night started well. We had the dining room almost all to ourselves (one other couple was there) and the other few groups out that night were outside by the fire pits. Our first server, Ali, helped recommend the right wine for me. The wine was delicious! Unfortunately as we placed our food order we found out Ali was clocking out for the night and our new server was introduced.Within the next hour we experienced the following:- Flagging down someone else working there to get our server so we could order more drinks after probably 15 minutes not checking on us.- Serving ourselves water from the station nearby when we didn't see our server for another 15 minutes.- Watching the other table get their own plates from the same station and then bussing their own table to make room for the pizza that was dropped off with no consideration made to all the items on their small table. Meaning the baseline serving requirement of checking on your table after food is dropped off... Never happened.- Realizing that all of the sloppily dressed people there actually worked there. I'm talking sweat pants, etc. At a wine bar with $29 pizzas.- Seeing numerous staff standing in the small room where the wine bar itself is located, doing nothing.- Getting our pizzas ONE HOUR after ordering them (asking for status twice) and not until we had already decided we wanted our bill to get the heck out of there. We were at least given the courtesy of not paying $60 for two 12 inch pizzas after all of this. The manager said he "wished he had known sooner" about our bad experience. But he was in the other room with the others actively seeing them not working. This was truly a laughable experience. I was actually laughing uncomfortably at the table because it was so unbelievable. Even 20% more effort would have at least been passable for two people who are not very difficult to please.

I’ve been to Eight 11 Place many times over the years and really enjoyed it. Thursday night was my first time back in a year or so. I was sad to see that the service was really lacking. Our first server, Ali, was good, knowledgeable, and attentive, but she was clocking out. We were handed off to another server, and at that point everything went downhill. We had to hunt him down for more drinks. We ended up refilling our own waters. And our food was apparently never made when the order was put in but our server didn’t check on it himself. We had to ask about it…twice. After an hour waiting for food, we spoke to the manager who apologized for the issue, but at that point we were just ready to go. We paid for our drinks and the manager comped the food. There was just a general lack of service on a night that was not busy. Lots of workers just standing around at the bar chatting or walking back and forth to the kitchen but very little “check-in” with the diner. Too bad. Hope this was a one-off, but it definitely took the shine of this former gem for me.

Since you don't interstand a kind bad review allow me to give it to you straight. The service was terrible and inexperienced at best. Ceasar Salad was terrible! Wait staff didn't even remember my pizza order as you had issues with your printer. All I heard thru out this small restaurant was sorry for delay. If you can't interstand a review then maybe some one else should be responding. As for me your restaurant and service will not see me again. This place is terrible but not the worst. If that is your expectation of a successful business then you won't be in business long.God BlessMerry ChristmasAnd I promise I won't be back for another terrible experienceBlu
