When I tell you he knows - he knows his stuff. From make to female, he's very knowledgeable and if he don't know there's a collections of books the store have to look up information. The crew is well taken care of, that leads them to give superb advice, suggestions, and standout customer service and support!Go Check Them Out!

This store has the best customer service I've experienced in a VERY long time, and I almost take it for granted because I've been shopping there since high school. The place I'm talking about is Family Health Market in Frisco, located at the southwest corner of Preston and Lebanon.If you own any type of retail brick-and-mortar business, you need to visit this store. The experience will set a new bar for what you consider great customer service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. Don't just take my word for it—go experience it for yourself and let me know what you think!P.S. If you need a shake to get you through he afternoon slump… the peanut butter cookie shake is the way to go. Thank me later.

Love their smoothies and drive thru convenience. Finally decided to go inside and was so pleasantly surprised! They have every supplement and good hard to find brands that I love! Would rather support a local shop any day than Amazon

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in the other day to purchase DHA and a multivitamin. There was a woman following me around the store and finally said to let her know if I needed help because she was bored. When I got home I realized I had bought the wrong DHA so I called immediately and I was told I could go in to swap it out. When I went in to do that I was told the supplement was stuck together (it was unopened) and hot. I drove 45 minutes from work in 106 degree weather. They told me for this reason they had to deduct 5 dollars from the exchange. The cashier then did the exchange and told me I had a 3 dollar credit. I told her I would not be returning and that I wanted the amount refunded to my card. She said well I didn’t do the exchange that way and said she could give me 3 dollars from her wallet if I really needed it. Caucasian woman was very condescending. I was tricked into believing their advertisement of the best prices. I looked up what I purchased and they are all at least 5 dollars cheaper elsewhere. I wasted 8 dollars alone just because I made a mistake and they didn’t stand by what they communicated over the phone. On top of the markup they have on their products compared to other retailers.

This review is for Smoothie Zone. We almost missed this place since I wasn't expecting the smoothie store to be part of a market. We ordered from the drive thru. The staff was helpful & the smoothies were delicious! Many times my kids would refuse healthy smoothies because they don't taste great, but they love the smoothies here. My only gripe is they wouldn't split the smoothie into 2 cups, which we do often at other places. But we'll def be back for more drinks & to check out the store!
