I have visited this place many times & love it! All staff are very friendly & professional. Even on a weeknight, they fill up. It's definitely one of my favorite places in Frisco.

Oh, we are so happy that we came here. Ashton and Frida were so lovely. They made my wife’s birthday so special. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was lovely, and most of all, the people were so lovely. The place was packed which is always a great sign. We sat indoors but they have outdoor seating too.Overall was an amazing experience and so glad we came. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.p.s. the happy hour drinks are delicious and a steal!

My husband craves their lobster ravioli, so we popped in last minute tonight. We had that and lasagna. As always, it did not disappoint! Food was delicious. The only thing my husband doesn't like is that the ends of the shrimp are still attached, which is quite difficult/messy to get off when covered in sauce. Still tastes fantastic, though.

Food and Service great. Tables close and Noisy not Romantic or able to hear well. Food is why we go infrequently as Loud Atmospere.

Here we go...I went to Gallo Nero on Valentine's Day. I have been here before, but I knew it was good, I knew that it would be good again, and hey, Valentine's Day.It was Busy! Only a 15-minute wait, we were seated as quick as possible, served up some water, and bread ~10 minutes later, but given every table was taken, I am giving my waitress some slack!Got the cheese sticks as an appetizer, 10/10, marinara sauce was great! For my meal, I got the Chicken Carciofi, listen up, I have visited Rome. Straight up, this tomato vodka sauce was a carbon copy of what I had. The spaghetti was al dente (perfect), the chicken was grilled nicely, the artichokes weren't tooooo overpowering, and did I mention that the tomato vodka sauce was perfect? My girlfriend got the Beef lasagna, wasn't bad, but a bittttt too much cheese.Definitely becoming a regular here. Food isn't horribly expensive, service is great.

We ordered through uber eats and got a bag from DOOR DASH..? We called and let them know and were told this has been “happening a lot.” If it’s happening a lot why not change the system? Not to mention the order we received wasn’t even right according to the receipt attached. They forgot those people’s salad. We reordered to get the right food and they managed to mess it up AGAIN. My dad had ordered spaghettini with marinara, bell pepper, and sausage and they forgot the sausage…. HOW do you forget something like that? It’s literally 4 ingredients. Sounds like management needs to step up. These are easily fixable mistakes, but it seems like they don’t really care. Money is money, right?

It was recommended that if I wanted Italian food like if I was in Italy come here.First, the service was excellent from our waitress. She was professional and knew everything about the menu etc.The atmosphere was busy with a classic Italian bistro look. The issue was it was close together so there was a lot of talking over other people from other tables and there were a few kids that kept screaming as though they were at home.I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, my better half the Tour of Italy, and for an appetizer the Cheese Sticks. The Cheese Sticks were excellent. While the meals came out hot and looked great but were absolutely without flavor. Salt isn't a flavor and that was lacking as well. Completely disappointed with the meals. The bread was delicious as well.Due to this being a smaller area restaurant, when the entrance door opened, freezing air flooded the area making the first 4 tables quite uncomfortable for the patrons at them.Overall, I liked everything but the food. I don't recommend it.
