We had a great time here for a bd celebration! No reservations were made because we only had 5 in our party, but zero wait time at 6pm on a Sunday. The food just kept on coming and we definitely got our money's worth. Sitting down, cooking, eating, and talking together was enjoyable.

Compared to other Korean bbq I've tried it was okay in my opinion it was not worth the 45 min wait.. I tried the dinner special my least favorite was the thin sliced brisket, I found the slices to be too thick, and dry.

We loved our most recent trip! Christian was our server and he was absolutely the highlight of our night. He recommended the new premium menu which was perfect for our group. We're definitely coming back to see him again!

Had an absolute amazing experience while dining at Gen per usual. Our server mekhi was very attentive and was able to anticipate our next order. The manager Gabriel was an absolute delight. He made several table touches and made sure our experience was phenomenal. I recommend this location to anybody and everybody. Out of my hundreds of visits this was one of the most memorable and favorable.

Service was off. I think they were having issues in the back. We got maybe half a serving, and then our grill just sat empty. Several other tables had issues.We ended up hitting another restaurant after.

Ordered garlic chicken to go, told it came with two meats, so reluctantly added bulgolgi beef. No chicken in my actual order, just beef. Also, told to sit at bar to wait for food, then was asked to move to another part of the restaurant so others could sit there. No drinks available for takeout, not even a cup of water. Very thirsty meal to eat on the go.
