The food here is just not good. No flavor. Bite sized overpriced egg rolls. The shrimp are teeny tiny and the steak just seems weird. They also put SO much egg in the bowl it’s almost like an egg bowl.I honestly tossed my entire meal because, no.

I've been going to this genghis grill since it first opened sadly the quality of it has declined through the years. When I went there on a Sunday it was a packed place with only one server working it got to the point I seen a few people grabbing their cooked bowls off the counter instead of waiting for the server to bring it to them. Eventually another server came but 2 wasn't enough still they also had one cook sometimes the manager would help out but as for my food it tasted good as usual I just wish the service was better and they brought back the free peanuts and free bottomless bowls but i get it :(

This has been a long time favorite spot. I love the food, you can never go wrong with the variety of choices. Definitely will be back soon.
I was pretty disappointed in the service here tonight.. the food was great, but our server, Cai, didn't seem to know what she was doing, or maybe she just didn't care. She started out very awkward, but i was like, whatever, it happens to the best of us.. she brought my 1 ½ year old the wrong drink and placed it right in front of her with no lid, and she spills it ALL over herself.. she's soaked in sweet tea. i had to change her right there in the restaurant! My husband goes to ask her for some napkins, and she looked at him like he was a bother. Meanwhile, my child is just devasted and now sticky and cold. Our server watched it happen and just walked off like "oh well!" just couldn't even care! And then when we waved her down so we could order, she assumed everyone knew how to order. And gave some attitude because she had to ask us what we wanted in it. There was no sense of customer service.. she was clearly just there to make her money and go home! I still tipped but she could've gotten more if she was more attentive and caring.

Came here after a long time. Looking at the price of ~$14 for a small, self serve, build your own bowl, I assumed the quantity would be filling. What I received was a tiny serving size of a bowl w a 6” diameter. Not worth the price.

After about 3 bites my daughter found a long string of hair in her food totally disgusting ? avoid eating here the cooks are not wearing a hair net at all.

This used to be a favorite go to place, but it has gone downhill a lot. They used to offer crunchy additions to add to your bowl (wonton strips, lo mein, and crushed peanuts). Now they have taken away potatoes as a ingredient for your bowl. Might be the last time I go.
Do not come here if you have any dietary restrictions. Ordered cauliflower rice bc of a starch intolerance and they gave normal rice. The water tasted like toilet water. The soda had no syrup in it. The three meals we made came back and had ingredients that we did not include. My friend can’t eat corn and it was somehow in her meal. When we talked to the server abt the issue with the rice the server brought us a tiny bowl of just cauliflower rice. They also sat us in a very gross booth. There was a fake nail in the crack.We asked for the manager and this woman comes up. No introduction or anything. When we expressed our concerns abt the unsanitary conditions she started smiling. It’s extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting to see. Our server was good, she had long purple braids and a purple bandana.Otherwise very unhappy.

Food was great. Service was horrible. Waited for 5 min at the front to even be seated. Then waited for 15 min for someone to take our order. Never got our waters that we ordered, so we got up and got them ourselves. Servers seem like they don’t want to be here. There were only 2 servers and they were bouncing around the restaurant doing who knows what, looking confused half the time. Like I said… food was good, but corporate needs to figure out a better solution for the service.

They removed udon noodles as a base. If you prefer your bowl with udon like I do, you have to pile it onto your bowl and have no option to request it as a base. This was a horrible revelation.
