Love their sandwiches; their bread is freshly made daily and they mill their own grains daily! And an expansive menu of baked goods - both sweet and savory.

I’ve been a GHB Co fan for decades now and got very excited when I discovered this location. Everyone here has been fantastic, and their baked bread and food is always amazing.

I have come in the past 2 days for the cinnamon swirl bread, and it is soo fresh and delicious! Found my new favorite bread place!

I adore this place! It’s comfortable and welcoming the moment you walk in with the smell of freshly baked goods and the people are so nice! They took the time to say hello and recognize us when we come in, and the food is so good that I find myself coming whenever I get the chance for great people and great food. It’s well worth a visit and exploration of their menu, and I greatly recommend the breakfast sandwich on their cheddar garlic chive biscuit! Definitely one of my all-time favorite places to go.

Cold cinnamon roll thrown in a bag although I asked for it warmed up. No fork given, stuffed into a tiny bag, hard old bread

We love Great Harvest bread. We live far & unfortunately our visit in Frisco was disappointing. Our bread wasn’t even sliced upon request. This location does not do the slicing sampling of breads, due to Covid. Covid is long over. Go to another Great Harvest location and sample the bread - exactly what Great Harvest is famous for!

Want homemade bread with natural ingredients made by hand on-site? Look no more as this is where you will find it. My favorite loaf is the Dakota bread. It's whole wheat, and the grains are sprinkled on top. It's delicious and filling! Go amd enjoy! Oh - and they make yummy cookies too!

This is going to be my new favorite spot for breads and scones! I love this open bright space! It's on the backside of a building right along tollway (near stonebrook) up in Frisco, you might easily miss this place like I did! Upon entering the doors, you get a wonderful aroma of sweet bread, ahhh. You might not have been hungry when you got there but suddenly you want everything off the shelves. It was past noon when we got here and ordered a Best Ever BLT on whole wheat, blueberry and cream cheese scone. I got a savannah bar to go, which is like a cobbler with mixed berries and peach. The scone was the most moist scone I have ever eaten, the blueberries bursting with flavor and inking the scone. The little dollop of cream cheese on top was the perfect touch. I ate around it so it could be the last bite. I will be back for sure for more delightful bakes and just to relax and sit around on a lazy afternoon.

Today was my first visit here. I ate a breakfast sandwich with bacon on a cheddar biscuit. It may be the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The coffee is good and the woman at the counter was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

I hate to say it, but I was very disappointed. I was very excited when I heard about a bakery coming in the area! Unfortunately, it has taken me far too long to get around to visiting. The people here were very nice and inviting, and it's cool you can kinda see what they are cooking behind the counter!! The tables and chairs were clean!Anyway, I got Cubano sandwhich, and it just wasn't even close to what I was expecting. Yes, I have had a few good ones, and this just isn't authentic enough to be called a Cubano. However, the pickles and onion were delicious! The ham, turkey, and bread were disappointing, especially considering there was barely any meat, and it was nearly a $9 sandwhich. Also, you could barely taste the poor quality ham lunch meat over the turkey and other bits because there just wasn't much there. The sandwhich wasn't toasted in a panini press or even in a standard toaster as a Cubano is supposed to be. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the bread either because it is spongey far to similar to an angel food cake. When you can get a much better sandwhich with a lot more meat elsewhere for $9, this just doesn't cut the mustard Unfortunately.

I thought the pastries from this place would be delicious, but everything I bought was just mediocre - blueberry scones, bread pudding, Savanah bar, and cookies. I've had much better baked goods elsewhere.

I was looking for preservative free bread loaf. Bought honey sweet bread and it was extremely salty. We could not eat and had to dump it in trash.I will not return to this shop again.

HORRIBLE service! I have always tried to support our local Frisco businesses, Great Harvest being one of them but today is the last day that they will get my business. I have overlooked multiple wrong orders, horrible service (I've walked in before and didn't even get a greeting) and I have never complained but today I picked up my order, drove all the way home just to find out that my order was wrong again (I ordered 2 plain sandwiches and a bag of chips). I called the restaurant and was told that I needed to speak to the manger who then told me that I was asking too much to have my sandwiches remade and my ordered refunded (I spent $20 plus a tip on food that I can't eat) and this is the first time I've even asked them for a refund after numerous wrong orders. I understand the economy we're in and restaurants are suffering but at minimum you can get an order RIGHT! Sad that customer service has come to this.

Way overdue for return visit for soup and sandwich. Both were very good. Fast service for dine in. A number of people came to get take out. BTW: when checking on store Yelp app said it was closed. But when calling up on computer no sign. Odd.

After reading the great reviews, went to get some “fresh” bread. Purchased the white bread and had it sliced. Opened it at the car to give it a taste and realized it was still cold from thawing out. Bread was just okay in taste and a bit on the sweet side. It is also dense which I like. If you are expecting fresh bread made that day, then this is not your bakery. This is the simplest, most basic item they sell and they can’t get it right. Very disappointing.
