For How Much I’ve heard New Yorkers praise at the altar of this place forever. It was kinda mid. Like 2000’s Mall Concession Pizza

If you like soggy, tasteless pizza that takes forever to arrive at your table, then this is your place!

This to-go place is convenient, quick, and they don’t ask for tip which is refreshing. However, it is extremely overpriced, and the toppings are very minimal for the price. Dine-in experience could be different but this to-go is far over priced and the quality of the pizza was very poor. When you pay $2-$4 per topping on an 18” pizza, you’d expect a fair amount. I would not recommend ordering here, nor will I be ordering here again.

I paid $30 for a calzone with 3 toppings. I tried to add an extra side of marinara sauce but there was no option for just a side. Then when I got there I was told that I needed to order it and it would have been an additional charge. I was never given the option to purchase a cup right then either, but was literally given a ?‍♂️ shrug.

Omg this restaurant is the WORST. Seriously have three starving kids because our food is two hours late. The manager could care less. Order somewhere else the pizza is overpriced and not with it. Have not had this same experience with any other restaurants. Zero stars if I could. Horrible experience.

Came in from out of town and wanted to try a new pizza place. This place was terrible! Kids got caesar salad and the grilled chicken was rotten. The pizza was terrible with fake pepperonis and cheese like rubber.

I'm a DoorDasher and this place takes a ridiculous time to complete the orders. I arrived and they said that a pizza will take 40 minutes to prepare. Never back again.

Clean- Quick- NEW. Skip the dine in experience = Streamlined your takeout. Fan favorites to select from . Just needs a bar while you wait for your food to-go.All else is good ..

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I don't know about coal-fired, but I've had brick oven pizza many times. It doesn't have to be like this. The crust was dry and tasteless, the cheese was also dry and..."solid"? Hard to describe. Barely any sauce.Do yourself a favor and order from ZaLat!

It took me a little while to find this place since it didn't have a Grimaldi's sign outside.

I ordered a traditional 16” pizza. The pizza was ok, but way too expensive for what it is.I paid $23 and change for a 16” pie. There is no seating area since it is a to go restaurant, there is no one to take your order, you place it yourself on a screen. So $23 for a regular plain pizza that you order yourself and have to take out seems a little overpriced.

Without a doubt, pizza is legit! I tried “The Don” and the “Quattro Formaggi”.Amazing! Ariel’s smile was bright and welcoming! Definitely would love to see this place grow into a Grimaldi’s Restaurant!

This location does NOT represent the amazing food and customer service that you get from typical Grimaldi's locations. Huge disappointment to those of us living up north (Prosper, Frisco, McKinney area) who were so excited to have a closer option than Allen (Watters Creek). This place has horrible customer service and the food is not the same quality as it is in the restaurants. Typically, Grimaldi's is the bar that we judge all other pizza places by. I'm just glad that I'd been to Grimaldi 's enough before I tried this place. Otherwise I may have never wanted to give their restaurants a chance! So if you have NOT tried Grimaldi's restaurants ... Please do not let this be your first experience with them!

If you want Grimaldi's Pizza, don't get it at the Frisco 121 location, go to Watters Creek in Allen instead. I've ordered several times, but I'm done with that place. I ordered another Pizza a couple days ago and it was a soggy disaster. In fact, I tossed a couple pieces out which I never typically do with a Grimaldi's Pizza. The toppings taste the same as the Pizza at Watters Creek, but it's like a 12-year-old threw it together. Never seen a pizza that can be overcooked, but still a saucy soggy mess.
