Nothing more satisfying than some DELICIOUS Nutella waffles after some homemade huevos rancheros at my favorite breakfast place

Excellent food, decent enough pricing, excellent service. We came for breakfast on Christmas Eve and it was so dang good. Try the chilaquiles!! Their sauces are awesome!

I write this review with great hesitation because this is my favorite breakfast spot near my house. I can always get in without a wait, but that may change once you visit Happy Morning. On numerous occasions, I said I would take a photo and post it. However, I kept forgetting to do it before I dug in. I'm working my way through the menu, and I did remember this time.I had the huevos rancheros with a side of bacon. Dana had the berry happy pancakes. The huevos were cooked perfectly and served with a blue corn tortilla. The pancakes are covered with blueberries and strawberries and drizzled in chocolate. Now, here is the kicker, it's served with real maple syrup. Most places claim they have maple syrup, but in actuality, it's maple flavored corn syrup. It's not the same.I encourage you to try this place, and I don't think you will regret it. Just save a spot for me.

Love this place! Food is always delicious and my eggs are made perfectly each and every time. Their menu has a tex-mex influence but includes the typical breakfast favorites.

Loved our experience. Services was great. Food tasted fresh, not frozen, especially hash browns and biscuits. Absolutely loved the biscuits! Instead of dry like scones they were soft buttery and delish. Will be back again.

An overall 3.7 is underrated for this restaurant. I'd like to give it a 4.5 but that's not an option. The ambiance is just what I'm looking for. Fresh feeling and very clean. The tables were well spread out so you don't feel like you're on top of someone else. As I saw it, the staff was comprised of some young folks who were just exceptionally friendly and legitimately wanted to be there. The service matched the ambiance. I ordered the red sauce chilaquiles, it was just spicy enough, the eggs were perfectly over medium as I ordered and best of all, the chips still had a bit of crunch even though there were covered in that wonderful sauce. I also had the hash browns, if I have one complaint it would be that they could have been a bit more crisp. My gal had the Happy Morning deal. What stood out there was the sausage. Different than most places as it's a thicker link that wasn't dried out. Maybe could have had some more spice to it but it was really. The pancakes were a bit different. They had a great texture but there was a bit of a lemon flavor to them. I'm not sold on that but I can appreciate trying to do something different. I'll definitely be back. Easily the best breakfast I've had in the LE/Frisco area. Sorry about the pic of the chilaquiles. I wasn't planning on leaving a review..

This breakfast spot offers a delightful experience with standout chilaquiles stealing the show. The service was friendly, maintaining a good balance between attentive and laid-back. Cleanliness was a highlight - both the restaurant and restroom were spotless. Prices were fair, but the bright white lights in the dining area were a bit off-putting; they gave the vibe of a surgical room rather than a cozy breakfast joint. A slightly odd experience was being the only customer at 8:30 am on a Friday. Despite these minor quirks, the overall positive experience and tasty dishes would likely bring me back for another visit.

This place has become one of our favorite breakfast spots. The house made corned beef hash was very tasty. We also love the chicken fried chicken. Service was excellent. Very friendly and cheerful staff. The ambiance was great. Highly recommended.

Great spot for breakfast! The menu had a great variety that differed from other nearby breakfast locations. I went with the Churro French Toast that was like a “dessert” breakfast complete with ice cream and mini churros. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very clean with space to move freely which was really welcoming as many breakfast locations have too many tables and feel so crowded. I plan to visit their coffee bar in the future. Fantastic restaurant!

Went to bring a friend for brunch and figured I’d check this place off my list. Although I had high expectations, I was subtle disappointed. I got the chicken and waffles and seasoned potatoes. Friend got the morning special and the fresh orange juice. Although the waffle was delicious, the chicken was clearly overdone and had more crunch than meat. The lavender cream sauce was dull and flavorless and overall not needed. The fresh orange juice was delicious, but came warm. Ask for a cup of ice on the side. Looking to try again, as I have a soft spot for local businesses.
