We had high tea for a birthday and arrived at staggering times due to limited parking (heads up!). Everything seemed grand, we ate and drank and laughed and were having a great time! But the tea is literally tea bags like you make at home which is weird. We were also not offered anything else - honey, sweeteners, milks, honey, etc. And had to request these after our tea bags came. Seems off since that is the focal of the experience. We were the for 2 hours and by 5:15pm, they were closing down the restaurant with us in it. Chairs were on tables, they were sweeping the floor around us. I think they even shut the lights off when we stood up to start our exit. It felt very, very rude and uncalled for. We wanted to take cute pics and be relaxed and it just left like they didn't really want us there at all. Our server was sweet enough but inefficient. The manager or owner (she seemed in charge) was grumpy and scowling the entire time as well. We weren't even the last people there, otherwise I maybe would have hustled out faster, but nah.Advice - Go anytime before 3pm. Order cold teas (it got so hot in there everyone was sweating). Leave by 5pm. Order rosé.Food - they must have made changes based on yall's feedback bc food was bomb. Get the veggie soup, Waldorf salad, and the avocado panini situation. Get high tea, too. It's still a vibe. ♡ Wear a fancy dress and a big hat, order some rosé. Pinkies out.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches

I'm pretty sure our server was stoned. She was sweet, but forgetful and a little in the clouds. The food, coffee, tea and atmosphere of the entire place was SO GOOD!

Ate here with friends today. Considering there were 17 ladies in our party our server was spectacular. If I was reviewing on the service and atmosphere I’d definitely be giving a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the food is what brought my rating down to a 3. I ordered the pick 2. My choices were a salad and an egg salad sandwich. The salad was ruined with a huge amount of dressing in it. Also the salad didn’t taste fresh. The egg salad was ruined by the amount of mayonnaise that’s in it. My iced tea had no flavor it tasted like water. Based on the quality of the food I don’t see myself returning. Kinda sad because I really did like the atmosphere.

I made a reservation for my friend’s Bridal Shower, I confirmed the day before and they cancelled my reservation five minutes before we were supposed to be there. On their website they stated the reservation has a fifteen minute grace period. My friends got there and told gave my name since I made the reservation but they couldn’t find it. They sat another party in our supposed reservation table. I explained to the server that we were here for the tea service and I wanted to know why my reservation was cancelled, the server said she would talk to the manager and have him come over and let me know what happened. The owner never came by. The servers were not dressed appropriately for this kind of atmosphere. Most were in hoodies, leggings and just comfy clothes while the guest, like myself, were dressed in more business casual clothes. The tea service was so overpriced. When I think of tea service I think of tea pots with different teas with actual tea leaves, they served tea bags and hot water. I could have just done that at home. The server also didn’t explain the tea service menu. We looked online and it said the tea service had 3 choices of hot teas AND iced tea. When we asked the server it was either or. That was not explained at all. We did not receive tea spoons to stir our sugar and milk into our tea, I had to ask the server for one. The tea service food was just ok, for what I’m paying for it was really overpriced. Overall I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. It was very underwhelming, disappointing and overpriced.

Very cute space. Tea service was just okay. They give you tea bags and a kettle of hot water. It's not very personalized or intimate like most. The waitress didn't ask if we had any food allergies or preferences. She actually didn't even tell us what was on the tea (food) menu. One of us got a dirty plate that had to be sent back.

Food options are very limited ... coffee and teas are great Very little bread was provided .. Ambience and views are great Food quality is above average A great place to grab small bites and hang out with friends ans family

I would rate 5/10!!!! Overall very aesthetic ambience and polite hostesses but they charged me a $20 gratuity even though my party was less than 6 people. They didn't follow their own website rules which seemed a little sketch. A little disappointed on that note but food is great and value for the pricing.

The food was fine, but our server was great. She was on top of every need so 5 stars for her. I can't get behind a charcuterie board with grocery store pepper jack and cheddar cubes. We paid less for 10/10 charcuterie boards with amazing ingredients at other places.

I ordered the tea service for one person. All well prepared and tasty. Nice presentation but amount of food does not reflect the price. Expensive to my opinion. One devil egg cut in half, 2 regular box bread sandwiches, two macaroons Costco style and two super market style mini muffins. Presentation and amount can improve. Lavanda Coffee Late was superb and I had to order an extra chicken sandwich which was delicious but total amount paid was excessive. I would recommend the place because food tasted really good but definitely I would t recommend the tea service.

We did the tea service. Very disappointed in the food options. Macaroons looked to be ones bought in bulk from Costco, muffins looked to be store bought from Walmart. Just a rip off for $35 per person. Never offered cold tea - only given warm options.

This was my first "tea" experience and I am not impressed. Food was OK. Tea bags were used to make the tea. The price seems excessive for what you get. Menu order might have been a better experience. Would not recommend ?
