I’ve been frequenting the Frisco Hooters for over two decades and had begun to notice a decline in both food quality and staff enthusiasm. However, today’s visit has completely revamped my view of the Frisco location.The restaurant was lively upon my arrival, which was a delightful change. Morgan, the bartender, was the star of the show. Her warm welcome was just the beginning of a flawless service experience. She was not only quick to take my order but made sure everything from my drink to my meal was perfect. Today’s buffalo platter was the crispiest and most flavorful I’ve ever enjoyed.Morgan’s attentiveness really set her apart. She managed the busy bar effortlessly, remembering everyone’s names, inquiring about their recent days, and discussing upcoming weekend plans—all while maintaining swift, attentive service. She noticed even the smallest details, like my struggle with an empty ketchup bottle, and promptly replaced it without being asked.This visit has dramatically improved my perception of what Frisco Hooters can offer. Kudos to Morgan for her exceptional dedication and care. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, knowing I’ll be in good hands.

Was not the greatest time today. Excuse was the waitress was busy. Beer sat at the bar for a while before being brought out. Food sat in the service window for 5 min before I went and got it myself. The only quick service today was when I paid the bill.

Hooter's in Frisco (Preston) is our go to for the best wings, fried jalapeno's and cold beer. Wait staff are very professional and kind to all parties.Go and check it out for yourself and see what the daily specials are too! Great job Hooter's! Thanks!

My son and I were at this Frisco location to watch the Cowboys playoff game while enjoying some wings and beers. Unfortunately, that never happened. The moment we walked in we were delighted to see that it wasn't too busy, but that's when we noticed there weren't too many servers either. Only 2 servers working the shift for a Cowboys playoff game??? We waited over 5 minutes just to be seated and then waited another 20 minutes without being served, even for drinks! That's when we decided to leave for BWW and Thank God we did, because that location in Frisco was prepared for the big game and nothing but great service from the moment we were greeted by the host! By the way, I did mention our predicament to the "assistant manager" at Hooters before we left, only to be addressed with indifference and no apologies whatsoever! He didn't seem to care one iota that I was going to complain to corporate. In fact, his very curt reply was "GO AHEAD"! After 15 years of patronizing this location, I will be going to the location in Mckinney from here on out! SO MUCH BETTER, imo!

Waiting an hour just to get some food is beyond insane. You gotta keep asking about the order, Otherwise nobody’s going to acknowledge you or even care. And then, when you asked for napkins, they put it in the bag and don’t even say anything. And to top it off you got to go back inside to get the drinks because they forgot to get that too. Also the dress code at this location is very disturbing. I can’t believe y’all walking around basically in underwear and thinking that’s cute. Put some clothes on.

Service was great. We went late at night after going to see the lights in Frisco. Food was excellent, and fast. Service was top notch, especially for being as late as we were.
There is a Hispanic cook that is mad cool. However, a couple Hooters girls that work there are mad shiesty and scandalous. I do NOT recommend. Rude and fake. They need more God and less rap music. A couple of them atleast.One had a boyfriend (I think it was Michelle) and still was giving out her number to my buddy like he didn’t exist. And then got mad at my friend for texting the number she gave him. (I guess she got caught up) Saying that he was harassing when I saw her give him her number willingly and happily. My friend blocked to avoid drama bc he didn’t know until they followed a eachother on social media and then she and her co-worker texted him from another number ridiculing him and bashing!! Pathetic and child like. Friend laughed it off, he’s an easy going guy but some people need to be fired and replaced. He didn’t deserve to be threatened for having a good time and being handsome. If you’re going to cheat, don’t have a man! And if you’re in a relationship that you care about, don’t entertain other men and then get mad at them when you get caught up.And don’t have your co-worker sending crazy texts when you get blocked for being a fraud. It’s beyond unprofessional.It’s kind of what you expect from a boujie location but atleast ACT like you like your job. And they’ll talk behind the older guys backs about how old they are and this and that. They should know that their job is to serve with a smile not judge and criticize people. Would give it a zero star but the wings/fries were decent and the drinks are what you would expect. A couple other Hooters girls there are super kind but there are 2 or 3 Satan worshipping ones in there. You can feel the energy. They were nice to me and my friend but the gossip about some of the other people at the bar was disturbing. If they heard what they were saying it would just make them feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I’d go to another bar in the area for sure where ALL are appreciated. Me and me friend are Hooters fans but this one made the whole franchise look bad. A couple bad apples can certainly ruin it for everybody, unfortunately. I recommend any other location or just another sports bar. Manager was cool just needs to make some serious changes.Go Cowboys!!
