I received a wonderful surprise in my office at Lebanon and Ohio last week. This was the best pizza I have had since I moved to DFW in 2020. Let me just say that I made myself have a yummy ache because I couldn’t control myself. lol. The Margherita pizza was amazing. And the seasoning they used on the pepperoni made it way more appealing than any other pepperoni pizza I have had. The crust is something special. And the peppers and Parmesan cheese were remarkable. I’m pretty sure the parm was hand grated.Y’all go give em your business. I will def be making a visit to their place soon. Sooooo good!

We’ve been a client for about 8 years between the Frisco & Plano locations. Pizza was always great, always on time or early. However the last month it’s been very disappointing. The pizza has always had a good balance between meat and cheese, but now, covered with too much cheese. Thin crust with 2 lbs of cheese is horrible. I did call and I chose to have a pizza at a later date. So a couple weeks go by and we decided to call for that pizza. Explained about the comp pizza we should have, and they sent a fresh pizza out. However, it was still covered in way too much cheese. Shocked because they knew the last pizza was over cheesed. Anyway, still way too much cheese, or twice as much as there should have been. Then the driver got lost, ok it happens but rarely, so to have the over cheesed pizza and get lost even though I tipped generously. Was a disappointment and no, we didn’t call the store. It will be a while before we trust enough to try them again. They did say they had some new staff. But every restaurant goes through that. Pay the good employees what they are worth and let the bad ones go.Bummer because we use to order there about 2-3 time a month, now it will be months before we order again.Sad but true.

Really good pizza but extremely frustrating when they're ALWAYS late. Ordered a pizza at 4pm to be picked up at 5:30. They didn't have the pizza ready until 5:50pm. How can they not have my pizza ready in 1.5hrs?It happens every. Single. Time. Doom on me for going back.If you order from here just plan on it being ready 30 minutes late and you'll be fine.No way of order for delivery. No way.

12/14/23 6:10 The employees tonight were so nice. The food is great as always but the employees keep me coming back. For real, really good, nice people work here and it’s really nice to see that.

I ordered from iFratelli for the first time this evening and I was pleasantly surprised; good sauce, amount of toppings and plenty of cheese. Moving to the area 6 years ago from Chicago, finding good thin crust pizza has been a challenge and I usually end up disappointed, but not today. I'll definitely order from here again.

Awesome ! Pretty simple but the pizza is delicious and thoughtfully prepared!

The pizza is delicious and has may topping selection. Only have one crust type, thin and crispy or else I'd give them 5 stars. Still excellent pizza. Will definitely reorder.

Ordered 12 large pizzas and the large 10 person salad on 2/14/23 to be delivered at noon on 2/15/23. I called at 11:58am to check the status as noon is the lunch time here. Was informed that our order was ready but the delivery driver was not back from his last delivery yet and had reported he was having car issues. While I completely understand that "things happen", it would have been nice to receive a phone call when they knew this was going to be late, especially since this was over $300 and delivering to a business.Pizza and salad were great, just maybe a little better customer service?

I Fratelli has always been my favorite pizza In DFW. I have been ordering their pizza for years all over the DFW area for business and for my family. We moved to Frisco last year and we’re excited to know they have a location just down the road from us. I have found a few orders to be under-cooked and some over-cooked. Sometimes it’s just right. The last 3-4 times we ordered the cheese was very different than years past. It seems like they switched to a cheese with more Romano or Parmesan. Either way it’s very strong and pungent like those cheeses are known for. I am so so with it, but the wife cannot stand it now. I would love to know if there was a switch and/or if I can simply request Mozzarella only. (I’ll try next time) Either way it has been a poor experience from this location hence the 3 stars. My history with other locations has definitely been 5 star.

This was the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. How do you make a flavorless pizza. My pizza was burned on the bottom. I literally ordered my pizza waited 10 minutes and my was ready. How could a pizza be ready in such a short amount of time. What a waste of time.

Trust the reviews. The pizza has gone downhill while the prices have continued to climb. $28-29 for one pizza. No way. The taste has suffered, as well as the quality. No one likes burnt pizza. I only have 2 stars bc they credited my account for a new pizza, which I doubt we'll even use given the last 2 visits.
