I've been craving blueberry pancakes for a minute from IHOP. As usual they hit the spot. This is my favorite dish. I also like the scrambled eggs and omelettes. But my blueberry pancakes are absolutely great. Thank you IHOP!?

This place is going downhill, trust the recent reviews not the overall rating.The place reekes of sewage, and the staff keep trying to cover it up with air freshener but it still makes just sitting there an unpleasant experience.The food was sub par, some undercooked and the rest just mediocre. Pancakes were supposed to be flavored but the waitress didn't ask me for the flavor choice and they came out plain.The staff could be heard having loud and profane arguments in the kitchen, including the manager, which added to the trashy atmosphere.This IHOP is definitely not as good as the one in the Colony and I won't be returning.

I ordered waffle for store pick up at 2480 Preston Rd .However,when I got home and opened the box,noticed that there were four pieces instead of one ,and all of them also appeared to be made from different waffles..it seems like they are selling someone else’s leftover food again

We came in, and the front entrance smelled like sewage, the waiter put in the wrong order and kept bringing out the wrong food for everyone.

Service was extremely poor the woman working was very unprofessional and assisted everyone else before even attempting to get our drink order. . We advised her when she was going to help us since we were here way before anyone else showed up. She was very rude when I asked to speak with her Manager per at this point I no longer wanted her to assist us. She claimed he was on the phone we were never helped by the manager either which is even more unprofessional on his part in a Manager role. Waited a little bit asked her again and she stated he was still on the phone then gave my daughter a hateful look in that moment I said let’s go before I go off on this lady for disrespecting my child!!!!So we left and went to a different location hoping to have a better experience!!We went to the Colony location and Keith the GM and the server Christina were AMAZING from the moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and the service they provided was phenomenal!!! I give them 100 StarsI do not recommend this location in Frisco on Preston Rd to anyone! From now on will be going to The Colony where they present great customer service!!

The service was slow...not that busy at 10:40 - 11 on a Monday morning. The food was cold, milk was warm, I ask for crispy bacon - definitely NOT crispy & no cream cheese in my husband's cream cheese crepes...the only positive was the coffee was hot.....very disappointed ??

My wife & I came here after church on a Sunday morning, about 11:30 am. She ordered the roast beef platter with a salad & ranch dressing. I ordered the Ham & Cheese omelette with Hash Browns & Pancakes. I also ordered a decaf coffee with cream & and water.After waiting awhile & not being called in, my wife went to the front desk to ask & we were ushered to our table. Our waiter came about 10 minutes later, and we ordered. The coffee came with one creamer only. No water. My omelette came, but was an egg omelette, no ham, and American slices of cheese on top, barely melted. I had to ask again for the hash browns & pancakes. Still no water. The hash browns came, no pancakes. Still no water either. The pancakes & water never did come.My wife’s roast beef was dry, instead of ranch dressing they brought Balsamic vinegar and said they don’t have ranch.Maybe it’s a bad waiter, I don’t know. None of the wait staff wrote anything down, maybe that’s part of the problem. But, other customers seemed pleased as they received their orders intact & complete. And, just a note if it matters—we were the only Caucasian customers in the place. These days, you just never know if that plays into things.We won’t be coming back here.
