Thank you for serving breakfast all day and saving me from the jerks at Whataburger who “don’t have any leftovers” at 11am, but would have had to make more food if they didn’t ask so many stupid questions.Jack in the Box to the rescue!!

Update: 2 years later and STILL says 24 hours despite not being so. Just pulled in @ 3:51 AM and they “can’t take any orders because their system was about to restart” — after I waited in line for 20 mins. Others in line getting food. Terrible service. Will not return.What is up with all these “24 hour” jack in the box locations that are closing after midnight?! I can literally see people inside but they refuse to come to the window and pretend like they don’t see anyone. Weirdos.
Open 24hours and that comes in handy. Food is standard and staff is professional. I do not like the lights in the restroom they are on a sensor and need to be adjusted they turn off too quickly and leave you in the dark.

I cannot tell you how often I have ordered online via the app for drive thru pickup and they just ignore the speaker entirely. I have been in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me…even backed up and tried to go inside…there are 3 people working and no one at the register etc. Not the first time this has happened at this location.

The Hispanic tattoo guy is always in a bad mood and has a horrible customer service, main reason why I don’t visit this restaurant no more. I told him my order was wrong and slam the window in my face. Very rude.
