Grandgirls switched from chicken nuggets to more adult food selections lovin them some Jersey Mikes. I gave it a try for myself twice. I am loving how any sub can be turned into a salad. Yum! Subs have not disappointed my husband. Whole wheat buns are so tasty. The next best thing to love is at this store the customer service is extraordinary. I must have asked 6 questions to make my choices. Will and Aiden were patient and did not rush me and were more than happy to help me with menu explanations. They talked about all the charities that Jersey Mikes stores support and their particular store was for --Cooks Children Hospital and why. Meeting gracious and polite staff from the younger generation is impressive. Makes the trip in a happy one. Aiden and Will are my go to team at the Frisco Eldorado store. Thanks guys!

At 7:00 PM on December 30th I stopped into this location and ordered a regular tuna club with relish. At 3:30 AM today I woke up feeling nausea and 30 minutes later suffered severe food poisoning including diarrhea and an extremely large amount of vomiting. I know it was jersey mikes because that was the only thing I had eaten all night and I could see the completely undigested relish in the sink after vomiting. I had to clear the relish out of my sink with chemicals and by hand.Avoid this location because their sandwich isn’t even good, a 4/10 on taste alone, in addition to how expensive it is. Even without the food poisoning I would not have visited Jersey mikes ever again however I would’ve kept my thoughts private except for the fact that thanks to Jersey mikes I’m awake at almost 5 AM feeling terrible and cleaning vomited relish and tuna from the sink and feeling too sick to go back to sleep.

Ordered pickup: I am sad. Usually they are really good. The bread is stale, they did not add lettuce tomato onion (I said Mikes way but no vinegar) and I got meat, mayo on bread with nothing

I'm tired of basically drinking my sandwich. The oil and vinegar liquifies the bread and makes a disgusting mess. The toppings are overflowing, it should be out in a bowl like chipotle. Ridiculous.

I stopped here to get my usual Italian sub. It was very good, but my usual Jersey Mike's has a little bit of an edge over this location. The staff here is extremely nice. I didn't have to wait long for my sub.
I get over to Jersey Mike's about every week or two, and have been doing so for quite some time. Every time I go, without fail, that group of people has got their A-game on. Dalila, who's been there a long time, knows my two or three orders by heart and likes to joke around. Justin, the man in charge is a cool dude that's ready to help and is super friendly. Alexa and Madi are the bomb as well. All in all, they have a great group over there that makes it fun to go eat. Oh, I guess I could mention the food too...Best subs and related food in the business! They put Subway to shame. All of their ingredients are somehow a cut above. The pickles are awesome, the way the lettuce is shredded, mayo, quality of their daily baked bread. It's all great. And the team there will take care of you and get your order right. If you haven't been there, go and see for yourself.

This Jersey Mike's is similar to most others. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite is a sandwich in the tub, Mike's way of course. The rewards program is quite good also.Kid-friendliness: They make a mini-sub which is perfect for kids.Parking: Since the store is in a large shopping center there is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots and the store is handicap accessible.

(Jersey Mikes off Coit and 380 is overall better, it's only 5-7 minutes away from this location) This Jersey Mikes does not have good service. I've gone here several times and the same employees have never once gotten my sandwich right and they have a bad attitude from the minute I walk in. I decided to try the location off of Coit and 380 and I must say, boy was it much much better. From the service to the sand which everything was a 10/10!
