Ordered online and showed up when it said to. Not ready. Waited 5 mins and nobody tried to fill my 2 sandwich order. I would've been better just walking in rather than ordering ahead. I'll wait and see if they refund my money. Done with them.

My wife, sister-in-law and I frequently get Jersey Mikes sandwiches through the online ordering app. Most times its not a problem. But last nights order was very wrong, each of the 3 sandwiches that we ordered had missing ingredients. My wife called the location explaining the issue. While on the phone, the employees denied that any mistakes were made and asked that the sandwiches be brought back that night (near closing time) or tomorrow to proof it. While on hold, my wife could overhear the employees talk to each other, stating that she was "lying" and making excuses and that they could not have possibly "messed up 3 sandwiches". I understand that in the service industry you're not going to please everyone but have some grace and accept that mistakes could have been made. We weren't looking for comped food or any handouts, just some understanding. The rude tone of the employees and accusations make it very likely that this place won't see our business again.ADDENDUM: Changed 1 to 3 stars due to managers response to complaint.

This is the second time my wife’s order showed up as plain bread. She ordered a BLT Mini, no modifications and we got bread. When I alerted the manager that is the second time this has happened at their location, I got excuses, instead of “let me look into this issue and how can we make this right?” Customer service has just gone down the toilet and this new generation of managers have no communication or problem resolution skills. It’s pretty sad. So at the end of the day, I PAID EIGHT DOLLARS FOR BREAD!!!

Best Jersey Mikes location in the DFW! The service is amazing and the quality of the sandwiches is even better, 10/10! I've been coming here multiple times a week for over a year now and they've yet to fail, most definitely recommend!

Jersey mikes was already good enough with the food, but having this good of a customer experience too? Logan Hess at JerseyM in frisco presented what I would consider the best customer experience I've ever seen! He gave high fives to my son and even gave him a cookie for the holidays! Immediately got him in a good mood which allowed us to sit down and enjoy our food. From walking in the door to checking out this guy gave us the most welcoming experience and seriously made our day. Most of the time you get the staple hi welcome to xyz and have a good day, this guy went above and beyond to asking about our day, improving our son's mood, and putting on a good show creating our mikes way Original sub!! 10/10 will always try to make it down to this Jersey mikes more often.Kid-friendliness: The employees are extremely friendly to the kiddos!

First time was a charm!!I went to JMS on Tuesday at around 4:00 PM. I had an appointment next-door with the nail salon, but I thought I’d grab a bite real quick. I have never been to Jersey Mike’s so I was very curious what it was like. Maybe like another sub-place but I was actually very impressed!!Unlike other places, they keep their vegetable selection, very minimal, which allows you to not be overwhelmed with all of these decisions especially when you’re hungry lol I just wanted to sandwich without having to make all kinds of decisions..I was also pleased to learn that they bake their cookies in-house!! The customer service was exceptional. All of the staff seem to be enjoying their shift.I’m very happy to visit them anytime!The staff had such a great energy and atmosphere. They took the time to explain to me the type of bread that they carry. I chose the rosemary Parmesan bread, which was the Best decision of my life lol never knew what I was missing out on!Did I mention how clean their establishment was?You need to try it!Parking: Easy to park. In an out in no time!

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The employee who helped me, Logan S, along with Jan made my experience truly enjoyable. He greeted me warmly, offered spot-on recommendations, carefully prepared my sub, and customized it based on my preferences for peppers and toasting. Logan's attention to detail, humble attitude, and passion for creating the perfect sandwich shone through. By far, he provided the best service I’ve had at any sub shop. Logan deserves a promotion for his stellar customer-focused approach that makes Jersey Mike’s my new favorite place. I’ll be back soon and asking for him to craft another tasty sub!

The women on staff just kept talking to these teenage boys the entire time instead of making the food or even trying to interact with customers. Leaving the guys to do all the work. Extremely unprofessional!!
