This location has always gotten it right so I am not going to take that away from them, but my most recent evening visit back on 1/20 was one I did not care to have from a customer service perspective. I ordered (2) sandwiches and was clear in asking for extra bacon. While I was waiting the (3) younger male employees became distracted by a female employee from Dunkin Donuts who walked in and gave the Jersey Mike's employees a free box of donuts. She then proceeded to ask the male employees if they wanted anything else free?? Of course they started asking for shakes and other items and in being so distracted, simply placed 1 of my sandwiches on the counter next tot he register and not on wrapping paper. I immediately called this out and they attempted to tell me the counter is always wiped down, although me not witnessing it was not believable.I simply took my sandwiches and left, only to discover at home that my bacon was left off my sandwiches... Not a good visit.

This sandwich maker was able to provide 6 inches of warm, protein dense sandwich for me to fill my mouth with. The steak sandwich tasted fresh and complete, a great way to replenish after a day at work. The peppers tasted very flavorful, the cheese was so creamy, and the steak was well cooked. The price was very reasonable for such quality food and the place was well kept. I will be coming back and hope this man gets a proper raise, thank you Jersey Mikes!

I made quick stop at Jersey Mike's and the sandwich maker was SUPER fast. I was trying to order quick because my wife and crying baby were in the car. I appreciated his speed.They have a good selection of sandwiches. Make sure to get your sandwich the Jersey Mike's way.I got a roast beef with provolone and it tasted great. I plan on going back.

We always order online for pick up and the sandwiches never disappoint. There was a bread mix up one day and I called to ask for the new bun, Leo insisted that they make me a new sandwich on the house. Customer service was above and beyond and it was during a busy Saturday. We will be back!
First time trying Jersey Mike’s Subs. Staff are very nice and welcome. My kids loved the subs they got!! We will be back for more!!

What can I say about this Jersey Mike's location. Zack and Concho have exceptional customer service skills. Our office Keene Luxury Travel is right behind this location and we eat here almost everyday. I always get my bread hollowed out. Went here today walking in the rain with my co-worker to get Jersey Mike's, I said I forgot to tell you to hollow out my bread but Zack already knew and did it without telling him. They always go the extra mile not just with us but when in line treat all customers the same, and I have to say the music they play I love it.Best Regards, Penny Stafford and Hunter Scheer
