I called this store because we needed a 911 order for my team of 20 ppl. The person who answered the phone (forgive me I forgot the name, Jack or John, something with a “J”), was so helpful and accommodating. I ordered catering through a local chain grocery store two days in advance for an event tonight and their website stated they only required 24hr notice for orders. I even received a text with an order # but no order was filled and they had no one there to make my order for me. My husband reached out to Jimmy John’s at this Parkwood location and they made 60 small sandwiches in less than 30 minutes. They literally saved the day! I have always loved Jimmy John’s and now love them even more. Sadly there isn’t one closer by our house but next time I want a sandwich, I will make the drive to this location. Amazing service! Thank you for saving the day!

So basically i paid 10 dollars for two pieces of meat balled up? Took nearly an hour for delivery what happened to freaky fast delivery? Especially for 4.99. Lets not forget the condiments i requested that were not given so I can’t even eat the sandwich. Very Dissatisfied!!

The guys here were so helpful and sweet! I hadn't been to Jimmy John's in years, and now I don't know why. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was DELICIOUS! It had such a satisfying combination of flavors and textures. And it was SO FRESH! I now can't wait to go back!

Walked over with my wife at lunchtime from our hotel. I had the Italian no onions and she had the club. Mine was fine but her's tasted like cheap ham and turkey. They were made correctly but sub-par on the flow of the traffic (inside) with nice enough staff but 2 or 3 of them with facial hair unkempt making sandwiches (yikes) value seemed poor for our experience but on market if the food where what they were trying for.

Food was good with the exception of a forgotten item on the chicken wrap.Didn't care for a $4 delivery charges for a 2 block delivery.Some customers would hold back on the tip, I did not.However, it did cause me to not add drinks, chips or dessert. note to management..

I got the the tuna sandwich a few days ago and got food poison. Not sure what happened but my stomach was turning for days and when I burped i could taste spoiled tuna. I'm pretty sure they aren't practicing sage holding Temps or serving bad food at this place. I felt horrible after eating there.
