Very sad to say permanently closed due to poor management! Food was great! They rode out the covid garbage too much changing their hours and closing dining room off.. with the business and multifamily properties surrounding this place there is no excuse for this.. again very sad

Pizza was decent . The crew seemed uninterested in service at the counter . The gentleman who brought out the food to the patio was nice and happy. I'd go back for takeout.

Worse than a 1 star review. Customer service is absolutely terrible, the lady that takes calls/orders has no idea what's going on and talks back in such a rude way. Orders a small pizza, said it would be 30 min or pickup or delivery, they were 50 min late and when we called she put me on hold once again to figure out what happened and when she got back on the line all she said was you did not answer and when I told her I didn't receive 1 phone call she told me to LISTEN YOU DID NOT ANSWER. I said ma'am, I have not received and she proceeded to raise her voice. I said you obviously don't care about customer reviews and her answer in a loud tone was I DONT CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR REVIEWS. I hung up and will never order from this failing business. Which is sad in the state of the economy right now but they are few months from closing. Shame.

Very poor customer service. I cannot speak on the food as I was simply there to pick up a delivery as an Uber driver. I was the only person there. The man and woman both saw me come in. Finally after standing there for a while, they finally asked me what I needed. Not polite nor friendly. Would have walked out had I been ordering for myself. The words hello, please and thank you go a long way. Without customers, how would you stay in business- especially during these unprecedented times? Do better.

Pizza is good but not the best. The other Joe's locations (best in Carrollton) have better pizza. Also, when you walk in the place looks like it is run by teenagers (annoying convos). Talk to the other Joe's and get their recipes cause their pizza is better.

The food is not very well made; it has a very weird taste to it. The pizza sometimes tastes like cardboard, and spaghetti taste a little funny. I would recommend ordering from a different place the salads. They just throw lettuce and dressing in.
My favorite Pizza in North Dallas! The owners are from NY so the pies are authentic.My favorite is the Veggie but my family and friends love them all. We've used them for Catering at the Hyatt Hotel too.Mask are required and social distancing. Very clean and great customer service!!!!

Went to order a pizza online. Was able to place my order and have the money deducted from my account for it. By the time I went to go pick up my pizza. All the lights were off and the doors were locked. Why would you allow people to book and pay for food when you aren’t even open during the listed operating hours? I ended up making the drive to Little Elm for Joe’s New York Style Pizza instead.

Our first visit was good. The person who brought our order to us was wearing a mask. And he was very cordial. The second was a miss. I had hoped it was an off day. Today is the last time I will go here. They were rude when I asked about masks. They had missed my online order, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to make it (had I not already paid, I would have left - maybe I should have and gotten my money back through my credit card). Our daughter likes their pizza, so this is too bad.
