Jared and Willow....phenomenal! I live on the premises...now in my third year, however, only second visit to the bar/cafe. I'm drinking beer, nothing special about it, but I could tell I was seeing a training situation with these two....the way Willow was so soft spoken and visual was great....Jared was doing his thing btw, but he was being thought "pretty" the service I saw them both give a father a daughter....heartwarming.Wish I'd been a regular sooner.-Summit Resident

I have been to Karmic Grounds a few times back in 2020-2021 in which I always had positive experiences, and recently went back. As my boyfriend and I walked in, we were given scowls by the baristas. I asked for a specials menu and was told that “maybe I should read the sign.” All around a very uncomfortable visit. We left immediately after receiving our drinks, an iced matcha and a jasmine tea. The jasmine tea was scorching hot, unfortunately resulting in the tea getting burnt. Really disappointed, I used to love this spot.

I’m not a real coffee shop guy, but I met a friend here and the atmosphere was great. The smoothie was great. It wasn’t too noisy band. The seating was comfortable. Sorry didn’t take a picture of the smoothie.
