This was a nice surprise last night while we were shopping! We LOVE us some Kung Fu Tea! We wanted a little pick me up so we ordered Coffee and Cappuccino milk tea, they were so good just FYI. The lady was alone behind the counter but dang was she throwing down and running it like a pro! There was probably 4 people before us and 5-8 behind us and it was about 25 min till closing and she kept up so well. Kudos to her, wish I knew her name. And after we received our drinks we enjoyed the sitting area behind the little kiosk type store setup. I will gladly come get some Kung Fu Tea next time I'm at the mall.

I got the white grape punch and my daughter got something else. I can't remember the name of hers. My daughter drink was good but mine was so disgusting. I gagged and tossed it in the closest trash.

There were 6 people crammed inside the tiny little booth. We ordered and saw at least 4-5 people order and get their drinks before us. One of our drinks had been sitting there for about 6 minutes before they even called it out. They completely forgot the other drink in the order and had to ask me for the order again before finally making it. Terrible service and sub par drinks

The staff was rude when I went to pick up my order. I had walked up and said I had a mobile order and they couldn't find it. They then accused me of not ordering it. Then again saying it was at a different location which I showed them it wasn't. They had lost the order and got upset and irritated when they had to remake it. Usually mobile orders are somewhat decent but maybe like 20% of the time, I'm able to actually get them and they're actually correct.

Extremely rude employees! Been here 3 times now and every time they’ve given me attitude and snobby remarks . Try giving better customer service with a smile. Also try saying hello and thank you to your customers

The strawberry lemonade with mango popping bubbles was so good! The drink was sweet, refreshing, and delicious! The price of the drink wasn't too bad and the amount of drink was sufficient. I'll definitely visit again and try some of their other drink options.

Cashier was very rude, and got very annoyed and sighed after I asked a simple question about my order since it was my first time ordering. They did the same for my friend as we just wanted to make sure. We did nothing wrong we were polite, and they were just so passive aggressive and glared at us. The boba was good though, just really disappointed.

TLDR: okay, but if you want the real experience, go to the Kung Fu Tea on Warren instead. 9292 Warren Pkwy #230, Frisco, TX 75035 Wonderful place to get boba. I ordered through GrubHub and got a half empty drink that was leaking. The manager immediately refunded me and gave me two free drinks which really shocked me, as it might not even have been their fault. Great drinks and the best darn customer service I've ever seen. Above and beyond. Edit: ordered again, just today 01/07/2022, a Rosehip Milk Tea and a Ginger Tea. Called because what I got was a perfect Rosehip Milk Tea if a bit less than full, and a white liquid that looked nothing like Ginger tea and tasted like milk. Called, this one guy picked up and when I said my order was wrong immediately denied I ordered until I said I had the receipt. Continued to say he was the only one there and he just made it. Pictures below. If he made a mistake that's fine, but instead just immediately started to get angry at me. The issue isn't the store, and I know people will say I'm "harassing a poor worker" but it's literally not corporate or their manager telling them to do this. If you can't get an order right and refuse to even give the possibility of a mistake a thought and immediately blame the customer then you're the problem and should be fired. Edit edit: also added pictures of my first order which they refunded and had great service the first time. Sadge smh my head as the kids say. Dude refunded me the ginger tea after I called back 20 minutes ago at 4:10 pm. Won't be going back to this one but at least fair's fair. Added one star back.

Small kiosk located on the lower level of Stonebriar Center. I ordered on the Kung Fu Tea app and didn't realize this location was inside the mall until we drove over and tried looking for it. To my surprise, when we finally arrived, our drinks weren't made yet because they were out of the Oolong jelly my wife had ordered. In fact they were out of a lot of toppings! After choosing a substitute from a list of toppings that were in stock, they proceeded to make both our drinks. Overall, I'd avoid this location unless you're ordering while already shopping at the mall!

The teas are amazing and the customer service at the location in Prosper Texas is great. But the location in Frisco,Tx is terrible. I mean the teas are good but the customer service horrible. The female cashier not only works the cashier but puts her nasty fingers in the cups when she picks them up after she has touched her face, glasses, hair and the cash machine. She then puts the cups inside one another while the order is waiting ro be filled.I brought that to her attention and she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. This is the worse time to ignore sanitary rules If I continue to see this type of nasty ignorance I will report this store to public health and safety for COVID violations. Please train your employees and hold them accountable.

We waited for 20 minutes in line. When we finally got to the counter I asked if you could add boba to any drink as I was about to order and had a drink choice in mind. The cashier rudely said they wouldnt have any boba for 40 minutes more. I said I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told this?!?! I said why didnt you guys say anything to the line that there wasn't any or put a sign out. She said rudely with zero eye contact the entire time, "" we are not aloud to put out any signs!" I decided to not order and chose to go to another boba tea place! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Best Kung Fu Tea I have ever been. Service was impeccable, service was wonderful. Flavor is out of the world. I LOVE bubble tea! I have tried every single one in the area. The one offered in Kung Fu Tea Stonebriar is so soft and well done and the Taro flavor is so delicious. Highly recommend it!

The person who took the order were super rude and acted like I owed his money. Worst customer service in all Dallas Kung Fu Tea shops. Will never buy anything from there.
