Inconsistent!!!First time going was Saturday 04/20 we dinned in and got 8lbs of crawfish. They were fantastic!! Steaming hot, seasoned just right they were really good. They were so good, I wanted some the next day but waited too late to place my order, they're closed on Monday. But today I knew what I wanted ....or thought I wanted for dinner today (Tuesday). I ordered 10lbs to go.Got them home, they looked delicious but they were extremely salty. I couldn't eat them. I am sooooo disappointed, I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

On April 21, 2024, a group of church members and I visited your establishment for lunch. Unfortunately, we experienced a lack of welcoming service and attentiveness from the staff member who attended to us that day. Despite the sole server on duty being unhelpful in providing drinks and condiments, her demeanor was particularly discourteous and dismissive.It was concerning to observe differential treatment based on race, as she appeared more accommodating towards another couple seated nearby. This behavior suggests potential racial bias which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Numerous complaints about this employee have been raised with you in the past, indicating a pattern of detrimental impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Furthermore, we had informed the server of our intention to return in the evening with guests for crawfish. Regrettably, upon arriving at 6:25 pm after a 45-minute drive, we discovered that the restaurant was closed despite being assured otherwise by the same staff member earlier in the day. This misinformation further compounded our negative experience.While we appreciate the quality of your crawfish offerings, it is imperative that immediate action be taken to address these service shortcomings and remove individuals who do not uphold inclusive values within Mud Bugs restaurant. We urge you to consider hiring additional supportive staff members who exhibit friendliness and respect towards all patrons regardless of their background.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Food was amazing. Crawfish was perfectly seasoned in mixed sizes from large to small. Catfish atchafalaya was crispy with a well seasoned breading and smothered in some étouffée! Beignets were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with powdered sugar (comes hot). Only thing I did not like was the sweet tea, tastes like it’s made with some honey and not the usual sweet tea.

Outstanding. They flat out have it working.Great servers showing incredible teamwork. Hushpuppies best ever had! There is a new champion in Dallas for Crawfish. The best in town!
We buy live crawfish from them every year and the sacks are always high quality and very low amount are dead when ready your ready to boil. The restaurant is great as well and has a number of authentic cajun dishes.

Best crawfish in the area! Shrimp & corn chowder plus the bread pudding are not to be missed! My girls love the fried gator as well. Always a treat eating and Mudbugs.
