We’re not new to Neighborhood Services in Frisco, but it has been quite some time since we visited. But boy howdy, I’m glad that we did!The Chef had a stunning Redfish dish on the menu that was legit to die for. I’m still obsessing over that sauce with a hint of spice (please tell me what’s in it), and the cook on the fish was ?. Like…I just need to know if this will become a staple dish because we’d be back weekly. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and our baby girl destroyed her Mac & Cheese. Those dishes, accompanied by two cocktails, grilled avocado, and two glasses of red left us full and HAPPY. I should have personally spoken to the Chef but didn’t want to overboard them by being a dramatic fan girl ?The extraordinary food + perfect service = a five star review. We thank you for the perfect night and know that we’ll be back very soon!Kid-friendliness: Everyone gushed over my child. Loved them!

Business dinner. Everything was okay. I had a Caesar salad with Chicken. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Lettuce had Romain ends chopped up (someone doesn’t want waste). Would go for a personal dinner but would for a business meeting.

Food was good but service was lacking. We had 4 different servers in the 40 mins we were there for breakfast. Had to flag someone down for coffee then again for the check. Our original server never did come back which was really strange. We gave our credit card to pay the bill then the ticket came back to sign without the card, had to chase them for that as well. Would give them another try if I was staying at the hotel.

Disappointing. First ordered a wedge salad, Came with no dressing. Entree arrived before they could provide the dressing which they said they need to retrieve from another floor. Ordered the Mahi Mahi. I believe it must of been previously cooked and frozen, as probably all the food. No seared points, not hot. Voo-doo sauce lukewarm at best. Grits tasteless. Brussel sprouts soggy. This meal was beyond disappointing. I should have know by the lack of patrons.

Extremely disappointing on every level. Ordered a wedge salad. They purposely served it without blue cheese dressing, because they were out in the kitchen. My husband ordered their Simple Salad which was served in a hot bowl. 2 minutes later the dinner arrived. Ordered the Maui Maui, tasteless. Room temperature, not hot like off the stove. It must of been precooked/frozen and warmed up. I don't eat TV dinners, but TV dinner came to mind. I could not eat it. Brussel sprouts were soggy, not hot and crisp like fresh out of the oven/skillet. After requesting my dressing again, I was told it takes time as they needed to retrieve it from another floor. My guess is a bottle out of storage, not homemade as it too arrived room temperature. Should've left when we noticed there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night.

Came here with a large group for a team dinner, and we had a lovely time. About 30ish of us came and everyone I talked to enjoyed their foodI personally had a couple of the shrimp cocktail with chilled Gulf Shrimp served with a traditional cocktail sauce. They were good. I heard that the Crispy Asparagus with the lemon dill crème fraiche & pecorino were tasty as well. I had the Steak Frites (London Broil) but swapped the fries for the Mac and cheese. My dish was a sliced Nebraska Angus Flat Iron steak with Voodoo sauce. It had good flavor and was tender. I had the three jack and Mac casserole as my side and I loved it. Very cheesy. Would have this combo again. Service was good. They got our drinks pretty promptly for our large group and we're able to accommodate all of my asks. For dessert, I had the Banana Pudding which was really good. I love when they put the nilla wafer cookies in it.

My husband and I decided to have a last-minute dinner for Christmas at the star Frisco and thought about neighborhood services at the Omni Hotel. It was delicious and the service was really nice.

Brunch is good. The pancakes are melt in your mouth delicious! Butcher’s burger is a great choice for meat lovers. Located in Cowboys nation its a perfect backdrop for Dallas Cowboys fans or sports enthusiasts.

Great service and beautiful view. Perfect spot in front of the field and awesome food. Try the Fraser salad!

We have been to other neighborhood services with great good and service. The Frisco location is definitely the exception. From the beginning and throughout our evening, the service was some of the very worst. Took over 30 minutes to just get a drink. Waiter never returned to our table until we flagged other servers on multiple occasions to find him. Once we could see him out in the lobby while we sat there with empty wine glasses. Will never go to this location again.

We love NHS, and we're huge fans of Crystal, the server supreme, and Steve, the manager magician. Our visit this night was unfortunate because when we made the reservation we requested Crystal. When Crystal sees us she requests we be seated in her area. The host and manager didn't seem too concerned by that accommodation and sat us way in the back. The service was mediocre, and it just wasn't the experience we're used to having. I had to go to the bar to get drinks because our server forgot about us a few times. We'll go back, but when someone makes a reservation and requests something special, maybe take it seriously and at least try to accommodate it.

We had the scallops special, Brussels sprouts, fish and chips, and the nightly chicken pot pie special and they were all fantastic! The butter pecan old fashioned was very good as well. We'll definitely be back!

Surprisingly good multipurpose hotel restaurant at the Omni Star District in Frisco! Robin was a very pleasant server! We had the Reuben and the Short Rib Tacos - large servings! I asked that the Reuben have the slaw dressing on the side and they did exactly that! The Fries that came with the Tacos were soggy though instead of crunchy.... The taco shells were crispy just like my wife likes it! Will definitely eat there again when we return next year!

First time visit to this location and disappointed that we ultimately had a typical hotel dining experience vs prior really good dining at the Lovers Lane location. The halibut special was overcooked, good server and just left underwhelmed on my expectations. Doubtful I'd visit this location again.
