One blonde girl kept using the same gloves to charge people at the register, wipe her nose as she was sick, and touch the fruit for the bowls. She kept wiping off her runny nose with the gloves she was using to grab the fruit with no spoon to put it in the bowl. Truly have never seen something more disgusting

Says they open at 8am on Saturdays. Today 2/10 I walked up at 8:03 and door was locked two employees looked at me continued about their opening activities when they should have been open already. I will be driving to clean juice 8 minutes further for now on.

I am currently trying to figure out how I can get his schedule and fit this into my daily budget ?? Give that young man a bonus! (It was a coffee kickstart)

Upd: exceptional interaction with management/ownership team. intent of the review was to communicate an issue, not to “trash” the business. changing my review based on the customer focused approach.This is our neighborhood "go-to" for whole juice maybe 2x per week. The service is becoming more inconsistent and I'm not sure why. Some days employees greet you, other days they just stand there, staring and waiting for you to say something to them. Both scenarios are dependent on them coming out of the back room which sometimes requires a long "hellooooo." Not bashing this business at all, but hoping someone see's this and reminds the staff that the customer experience is equally (if not more) important as the product. We love Nekter and the product(s) they provide; however, we have minimal expectations that are being met far less frequently.

Got a green juice, it was actually pretty tasty. Even my 4 year old liked it and took it from me!! Was made fast and the staff was nice. Nice little shop with healthy drink options and some snacks.

Left out my tumeric shot out of the order. Ordered through Postmates. Neither Postmates or Nekter will resolve this. They say the only thing they can do for me is have me come down now to get it. I asked if I could come tomorrow since I'm working and they refused. The only reason I even got this is because I could get it delivered. I don't have time to get up and leave because you messed it up.

Place is a joke! This is twice now, where we show up and its doors are locked. Sign on glass door says open till 7pm on Sunday, and the neon open sign is on.But nope… doors are locked and can’t go inside for whatever reason.
