Which has never happened before. Told them can return what received. No need for 2 dozen buntinis. Said to keep it but not willing to fix original order. An order of 12 boxes of buntinis was being picked up while I was there. That's 144 buntinis. They probably got my order? An easy and fixable mistake. NEVER going back. Individually owned. I'll go to another

The cakes here are amazing. But when I went to pick it up this rude old lady worker gave me an attitude the whole time. But the young guy had a good attitude and helped me more efficiently.

Amazing bundt cake store with such good ambience. The store is decorated nicely and have a wide variety of bundt cakes mini and large size. We had the chocolate chip bundt cake, white chocolate raspberry and strawberries and cream. The cakes were really soft and moist and had nice frostings. Everything tasted amazing and would highly recommend this place to try out their cakes.

Heaven on earth! Nothing can beat cupcakes when it comes to Nothing bundt cakes. Every flavour is different. My personal favourite is red valvet but wife loves double chocolate bundts. Lots of decor available for each occasion.

POOR customer service is an understatement.I ordered online for pick up. When my husband went to pick the order up, the young lady could not find our order. He said she wasn’t helpful at all and not friendly. The only option we had was to buy another cake for $40 which was NOT what I wanted to spend. I called and miraculously they found the order under the last name which they couldn’t find before. The manager claimed there was a glitch in the system apologized and offered a refund and free Bundtets when I went back next time. For whatever reason instead of $28 they refunded us $2.80. Maybe it was a mistake not sure but I think more employee training needs to happen before working with the customer.

Just went in to purchase some cakes for marketing purposes for our new business in Frisco. Rude young blonde girl at the front does NOT understand the concept of customer service - she should be working as a human sign so she doesn’t interact w any humans. We wanted an extra box & she kept repeating they can’t split them up. Lynette was AWESOME and super kind enough to give us an extra box from the back and allowed us to split it up at the front counter. We WILL NOT give this place any future business due to the horrible customer service & terrible experience. Hire kind employees and your business thrive…

I've been to this location on Lebanon(between Preston and Parkwood) in Frisco, Texas, repeatedly because it is the closer to my home. However, I'm thinking maybe I just keep getting a bad batch of cakes or something. I'm gluten sensitive so I get the chocolate chip gluten free one. Now, gluten is a binder so I know that gluten free items have a tendency to be dry and break into pieces easily. However, this is the only location I've been to where the cake wasn't spectacular to me...in appearance or taste. It continues to be dry. There is hardly any icing on it either. The last 3 times I've been, I'm unimpressed with the appearance of the cake. It looks like it came apart at the bottom and the top piece was just placed on top. Not fitted properly. Plus the cake went up in price by $0.75 cents this year. Gradually. If you're going to charge extra please check the appearance and be consistent with the proper taste. This will be my last visit for awhile. I'll be going to other locations.

Let's be real. It shouldn't really be hard for these places to succeed. The cake is well known and the name is well established. Of course the cake is delicious. Everyone going to a nothing Bundt cake knows this. So what should set locations apart? Customer service is the deciding factor and this location was unfortunately lacking. They had three people up front. One was on the phone with a customer, one was as at the register finalizing an order, the other was stocking. Not one greeted me or anyone else that walked in (of course I did not expect the one on the phone to do this). We just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge our entry. Now this may seem this is a small thing but we already established the cake is selling itself so is that a reason to do the bare minimum? I won't lie and say we would never be back because at the end of the day, it's a Nothing Bundt cake. Just disappointed at how the simple niceties are withering away.
