Your cash is no good here. There wasn’t a sign stating so, just a rude worker behind the cash register. I had several bad pieces of broccoli in my beef and broccoli entree. I should’ve picked another place to eat in the food court.
This Panda Express does not take cash, apparently. The bitter Asian cashier woman, who barely speaks English didn’t want to take my $ 20 bill. She made my friend pay for my meal with his card. My friend and me both asked her why she doesn’t take cash and she just kept ignoring our question and played dumb. She needs to get fired. Stingy with entrée, too. Not going there again! Next time I go to Stone Briar mall to eat, I’m not even going to look at their direction. Their food is just as rotten as her.

The food is always greatly cooked but the customer service has to be better. Marissa is always rude and has an attitute problem. I love coming here for the food but the discomfort of the service is a problem. I've visited this location a numerous of times and there's never a good encounter with her.

My food was burnt and hard and I went to tell them they were rude. Ignored me and told me the manager wasn't there to come back 10 minutes later. When I came back the manager walked away from me while I was talking and said all she could do was give me a gift card for another panda express. The atmosphere of these workers are disappointing. I ended up throwing all of our food away and leaving.

My kid has hungry and loves this place. Her favorite dish is just a large Orange Chicken. The line was a bit long, but it went fast. The team was not super friendly but that is mostly because they were trying to hurry I am sure.

Super rude staff. Gave my daughter a bowl of Kung Pao chicken with barely any chicken. Responded very rudely when I pointed the same out and made another bowl with even less chicken. Not going there again.

Took the time to do a survey and for some reason the coupon wouldn’t scan. The lady kept saying the code was expired, but it was not. She just said there was nothing she could do. Always have issues with this location. Customer service is terrible. Won’t be coming back.

The driver was well over an hour late to deliver to my office. Watched the map and he was here just driving in circles, i did provide my number for driver to call if lost but he didn't. When he finally came up to second level to my office he said google sent him in circles but he had entered in a different address than what I had entered in my order....Since he was late and came in when he did, I was on a conference call at my desk and he tried chatting up a storm of his experience of delivering... Sorry but this is why I ordered delivery, because I was in meetings all day and couldn't take time away to go eat...but could eat while working. Food was hardly nuke warm. My office does have a microwave and its fine microwaved but being my office is a 10 minute drive that it would still be warm/hot....as well as not almost an hour late. Guess I wont be using this location but maybe another location or simply not order while I'm at the office...
