I counted at least six screens around the work area to communicate with the workers. Yet not one screen to communicate the menu to customers. And they still couldn’t get the walk in order right. I don’t carry my phone around, so I will skip Papa John’s next time and go to a competitor who values the customers.
The food is usually good here. When you ask for extra at this papa John’s you get it. They take care of you. I ordered a few pepperoncinis and they put way more than I had ordered. They have a delivery driver that we’ve gotten a few times and he is always great and easy to work with. If nothing else, give that guy a bonus for always doing such a good job. Really wishing this was Still my local store. They do such a good job and other stores won’t compare.
