Poor customer service experience. Kids from the local football or baseball team work there and they need to learn manners. One was sitting on the counter and said I should order a take and bake pizza so they didn't have to make one. They should watch their mouth.

This will be my last visit to this store. They are selling food that is rotten. My husband went there six months ago and had a bad experience with the manager being rude which we reported to their corporate office, so tonight was our first time back and it will be the last. Plenty of pizza places to choose from in this town.

Need more staff on a Saturday night. I made an online order come in to grab it, one lady on the register, no one making pizzas and 6 receipts sitting on the counter with two additional walk in orders. Pizza is always great, getting it is usually a struggle.

Showed up to the store 15 minutes before closing after spending a previous 15 minutes calling with no answer for the workers to tell us that they were done for the night. They should have answered the phone or made a notice on the website what time they stopped at.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this delicious restaurant. Well we passed a fabulous evening and the restaurant was certainly one of the reasons for the successful meeting. The waiters participated in a lovely manner, the cooking was extremely good and my guests were so happy. We shall absolutely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Since when are you allowed to come as you are and work around food as an employee of a food establishment. I remember a time when hair had to be up and pulled back and beards had to be covered before you can work around food. I love papa Murphy's pizza but when you're working around my food, I don't want your hair dropping on anything that I am eating. For this reason I have completely stopped eating at this particular business.
The take home and bake concept is pretty nice because if you do not want your pizza at that moment, you can go home and make it later in the evening and it'll still be fresh. Or think about it like this do you want to pick up a pizza on the way home from work but you don't want it to get cold or your food to get soggy....Well you can take it home and bake it and have fresh dinner about an hour or an hour and a half later. So I ended up adding a little bit more onions and peppers because I like a lot of vegetables on my pizza but overall it was a great pizza!!

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a sensational evening and the restaurant was evidently the reason for this happy event. The waiters helped in a pleasant manner, the cooking was tasty and my buddies were so cheerful. We shall surely return for more events. thanks very much.

I like Papa Murphy's because I can pick up my pizza and salad ( $5 salad! It's a good salad and a good price. My favorite is the Mediterranean salad.) during my lunch and take it home, put it in the fridge and cook it when I get home! Fresh hot pizza in my terms! Tuesday is $10 pizza day. Good deal. I go get a cheap, easy, delicious dinner at least 3 times a month. Healthy versions to choice from too.

Ordered in advance. Paid in advance. Get there to pick up the pizzas and they are not ready. In fact they had not started them. No apology no nothing...just made to wait and miss our movie. Terrible.

Have ordered the same Papa Murphy's pizza for at least a decade at this location. Get a two topping with half made normal, and half has the only sauce, then ingredients in side containers for my wife to fix it the way she likes it. Kassandra was not happy about having to do that, and decided the "special order" did upset us. Never had an issue with any employee from this location before, but Kassandra decided to be a a*** I asked for a credit to my card. She took the pizza and slammed it in the trash as then issued my credit. I will NOT be visiting this location EVER Again!
